I'm 5'8, average length arms, around 72kg, what should I keep in mind when sparring? I struggle getting inside, so I'd like some tips. Bro I'm here to answer your question what should you focus on when sparring for one conditioning,Not just jog but you want to add some sprint as well #2 shadow box,hard. As if you have someone in.front of you. #3 . After ending your combos turn then back to the jab or jab fake. With these things going for you, you'll see yourself improve greatly. Trust me. Coach juice just gave you a glass full of info. Don't forget to work your jab constantly! Body ,head,and foot and hand fakes are extremely important 👍🥊💰
