Congrats to the solid blue DSOTM! I have had two complete copies over the years, always selling them. I once had a non complete that I wanted to find the postcards to, man it's a jungle, so many details to get right... Cool finds overall, cheers!
It seems to be a record that I sent that uncommon but still fetches a lot of money. Strange in a way. I’m very tempted in selling I have to say just to flip the coin to another rare ass record that has been on my want list for a long time. But again, I’ll probably won’t run into a copy any time soon so… Ah! Life as a collector. 🤣
Nice new finds! Actually was able to find Nucleus streaming over here so I’ll have to listen to it soon. And, so lucky with the DSOTM - finding a U.K first pressing as well as first pressing of Piper At The Gates Of Dawn are two of my ultimate vinyl grails.
Congrats on the finds, really happy for you on that DSOTM! Closest I was to getting the solid blue triangle was on EBay when a charity shop posted one for 20 GBP! But someone else got it before me :(
That is the thrill of collecting, I already told you about a collection that I should buy these days, one record actually box set is in there, and that is the main reason for me, the rest been sold. Cheers, from Serbia, may be you heard what's happening here.
@@SublimMedia Stuxent revolution-there was big accident in the second bigest town in Serbia, Novi Sad on November 1st 2024, 15 people was killed part of conctete roof felt down, a couple of months after renovation. There is still no reslonsible for it, due to government coruption. The students have had enough, they fight for their future without coruption.
I saw Stray Dog live at the Whisky back in the day. Their second album is weaker. Bought Ibliss in the 70's, but ended up trading it in. Luckily, I got another copy about ten years ago.
That is the coolest thing ver. Bet it was a hell of a show!! Ill look into the second but i might just settle with owning the first then! Ibliss.... what a record. It refuses to leav the TT here!!
Regarding the Floyd, keep the UK press. I have many variants and that one tops out every time. Couple notes. The first Italian press is the closest to the UK. It is my play copy so I don't touch my A2/B2. The cover, stickers, and posters are all the same into the second and maybe third press. So, if you want to make a complete copy, you can chase one of those.
Lol steinblast he is a local guy there are a series of lp's he did all in different musical styles i had the jazz funk one..definitely a unique guy..lol. Ibliss nice long time want..probably out of my price range now a days..much love chris
Hi Chris. Long time no see. Man I hope you are doing good!! So cool to hear about him. Had no idea he was from your parts. If you find copies of this or others from him I’ll trade em any day!
If you like that Mick Wills record, you must check out The Bevis Frond, which is also on the Woronzo label. In fact, the main guy from The Frond owns the label. The Frond produced some of the best British psych, British pop-psych, and British rock since the 70's. For their lo-fi era, go check out Inner Marshland. It will give you chills.
Hi Jonas.A life long Eno fan here. You mention 3 or 4 pure master pieces by Brian. Taking Tiger Mountain for me is a top top pure masterpiece. Can you suggest any others? Peace.
The Fat Lady Of Limbourg is one of my all time favorit songs so Take Tiger isone, Another green world is also a 10. And here comes the warm jets. I also think in the bush of ghosts is a 10 but not a full blown eno =)
Hi Jonas, enjoyed the stream as always. Do you ever receive Swedish 70s prog 1st issues? Have been really getting into this over the last 6months or so, but Swedish OGs are pretty hard to find here in the UK. Thanks
I have two copies of solid blue DSOTM, but somehow nobody wants to buy one of those. 300€ VG+/VG+, no posters or postcards. Cool to have it, but there’s no buyers.
I`m so happy for you, that you got a OG Ibliss.....that a fantastic Record. And I`m really glad,I got your Reissue...It`s spinning all the time!

Last time it sold here in Swedish eBay it went for 500 euro in VG+ without stickers or poster. Send it to me and I’ll sell it over here 🤣🤣
Some The Bevis Frond for you, on the same label as Mick Wills.
