Gotta love that nasty ass Guangzhou water, and the dock worker fast asleep.
My father was present during a drydocking in Guangzhou last year where a dock worker was killed by falling steel plate. Before his remains were even recovered, he was given a moment of silence by the workers, and then back to work for everybody.
Truly a strange place.

if you want to be like them you will have to study marine enginering by enrolling in a maritime academy. Its tough work though but it pays excellent.

ECR using mechanism throttle that means governor not electronic system. Visually I see the governor not using electronic system but mechanism system. Fly wheel should be covered by cover safely. Starting air valve should be closely with governor not as shown in following the text. That is 2 stroke engine type the old ones. Slow speed rating. It is dock trial not mooring trial. OK

@wks1978 perhaps the guy you refer to thinks a bachelors degree qualifies him/herself in simulations err games lol. that seems to be the only way. if he? were REAL, he'd id the ship then it would be easy to find out for sure.
