I have the blackwing. I used to have the original zero gap, so i was used to the adjustments.
I went with blackwing for the decline options. No regrets

I agree. The bench has been very good so far. I'll probably have another full review video of how it holds up 3-4 months down the road. Thanks for watching!

The only thing I don’t like is how the seat moves/has play if not flush with the back cushion or tightened down. Otherwise great bench. Very maneuverable for the size.

Yep it definitely has to be tightened down. The extra step doesn't bother me since I knew it was a part/feature of this bench. I understand why some people don't want that. It's not perfect, but it's a really good bench. Have you had any issues with the bench? Thanks for watching!

I love the look of the blackwing overall compared to the AB 5200 but the tinkering is a bit extra. I think the AB 5200 is a no brainer for the ladder system without tinkering as much.

Initially I was looking at the AB 5200 because that's a great bench too. I was intrigued by the ZeroGap and other options so I went with the Blacking. The quality is outstanding. Once you use the ZeroGap a few times it's adjusts pretty quickly. You can't go wrong with either of the benches. Thanks for watching!

@@rambofitnesstech I see a lot of mixed review from other black wing owners saying back pad is too long, its a bit heavy and there are some wiggle in the butt seat even when the knob is tightened all the way. Other than that the AB 5200 does most of what the black wing bench does at a lighter weight with solid seat. Both are great benches but I would have to wait and see what the blackwing 2.0 can do to address those issues. thanks for the awesome video review.

@@MetalsForBrunch I haven't noticed any wobble to the seat at certain angles, but I haven't used every angle yet. In my time with it, it's very sturdy and supportive. I'll probably do a full review of how it holds up after 3-4 months of use. I appreciate your input. Both of these benches are really good!
