Sitting in a bar in Sarasota Fl in 96 and guess who walks in and sits down right next to me , Brian . Let’s just say we drank a few “Pints” that nite. What a charming man . Ended up seeing him in that bar 2 more times . I’ve been THUNDERSTRUCK 🤘🏻
I bet not many can say that? My dad before he died sadly? Can say he knew people like Lemmy and Bon and later Brian ? He talked to me more about it than his other kids? They had no musical interest ? I was little like 2nd grade or 1st either one either or and I remember asking mom what that album was called cause I couldn’t read very well yet? I said the first song? Interests me “hells bells “ she taught me how to read that way was reading everything from the Bible to street signs to resturant menus to album covers ? Anyways I asked her why we had a can signed by a Lemmy? And since she’s Scottish ? To me she didn’t sound much different than any other South Carolinian ? Cause that’s where I am from? But anyway my dad told me some stories that was his can that he personally gave him. That’s why it’s encased like a baseball . Dad and mom knew a few rockers sadly I know none. They knew Lemmy before he died before I was born? In 98? It was really cool to hear some of the stories. I wish I had seen them in concert. Motörhead and AC/DC more times. And even Black Sabbath. Some of my other favorite bands. Dad and mom knew both Bon and Brian and loved them both. Bon briefly for a reason we all know…
I was there and Hampton coliseum Virginia for the first tour with Brian Johnson it was excellent . I went to every tour. The Flick of the Switch tour , I had died and the singer of the band I was in revive me I don't know what happened no drugs and no alcohol involved. After I was revived I went back into the concert and finish watching forget in my life, I'm happy to be alive still
Brian Johnson is a HERO I have seen him with the boys in Vienna and Bratislava Absolutely fantastic Brian was in great shape I hope to see them again next year
Watched the interview and it must of been good because I sat through about 3min sections of interview followed by 6/7 mins of the same fucking annoying Budweiser interview for over 45 mins but when he’s asked “what do you want to be remembered for?” And Brian answers “A gentleman” what an absolute fucking legend he is. I adore Brian Johnson, there’s no better role model out there in music for how to treat people.
I’m reading his autobiography now it’s really interesting how much he had gone through before AC/DC he was 32 when they let him in the band. Really an amazing story. Brian if your reading this please come play in Richmond Virginia in 2024
Brian Johnson is a grest singer, but more importantly a great human being. His charity to uplift children's life is fantastic. He does a great German accent, too.😆

I liked both Grapefruit (1968) with bassist Alexander Young and the Easybeats with guitarist George Young but cannot stand their little brothers band (ACDC)
If your not a fan of Brian..then why are you watching this... we all love bon.... but I'm glad they didn't fold after bon...cos there be no back in black...razors edge...etc.. and I would have never had the chance to see Angus n the boys live ... so i don't get your angle on any of it... Brian is an amazing singer...Try to hit them notes ya self and see how hard it is...never heard Brian say a bad word about bon...the guys a sound bloke ...why can't ya like both for different reasons like alot of us do
@@0Nebula0 and how do you know that he didn't... why the hatred for Brian..I don't get it...do you know the guy......I'm pretty sure bon would think you are a right knob head for this opinion 👍. I sure do
@@Stechamppn its all in the lyrics...After Back in Black the lyrics totally changed, Brian never wrote songs prior, no way they found a singer and wrote that album all in a 6 month period immediately after Bons death...Also during Highway to Hell tour, Bon wrote a letter to a girl saying the band band is out of the red and back in the black...meaning financially...Plus that whole album has Bons dna all over it.
Brian is so good. The transition from Bon to Brian is just epic.

Brian! You are amazing artist! Thank You for being member of AC/DC. Thank you for making that music You gave to the world!
The bit about the "Scheiße, I've said too much" bit really sounds like Robin Williams.
One of the greatest albums of all time.
It’s sad but beautiful at the same time being a huge fan and losing BON and having to except someone new and Great. Rock on AC DC

@@alexandersupertramp7395Yes he did. Brian wrote the first verse of You Shook me All Night Long.
@Prof_Tickles92 No he didn't. Bon wrote it before his death. His ex girlfriend heard him sing it long before it was released.
Thank you Brian
First time I've heard that story about the phone call and he included the lady's accent. Pretty cool shit

I loved Bon but...A great Album "Back in Black" and Brian was the perfect singer for it!
Actually the back in black album contains songs that was written with Bon... but Brian was the perfect fit for that 🤘
