I’m sorry to hear that you’re also dealing with sleep procrastination. I hope you’re still managing to get enough rest. I think it’s really important to spend time understanding your own feelings and digging into them instead of pushing them aside. Personally, I’ve been dealing with some difficult life events that seemed to happen one after the other this year, and it left me feeling like it was partly my fault, even though I know some things are just beyond our control. I bought Monk Fruit years ago but never used it. I need to actually try it because I have diabetes. Please keep experimenting, my diabetes is out of control. This has been a very difficult year for me. I’m dealing with severe health issues and depression. I have had cancer three times. I am also a caregiver to my elderly mom who can be quite difficult at times. She has a lot of health issues too, but she refuses to listen to me. I just need a break and focus on me so I can better take care of her. Your videos have been a comfort to me. I am going to start intentionally living 😢😢😢. Your videos are a comfort to me❤❤❤

As for New Year’s resolutions, reading more books is such a great idea! I think I’ll join you on that one and make it a goal to read some Italian books. Haha, the chaos queen was busy catching up on her beauty sleep! 😆 That sounds like a good plan! If it's because of allergies, I've previously used chia "eggs" and flax "eggs" as replacement in my baking! Though I'm not sure it would work for this recipe specifically as I've yet to try it out myself.
