You're both just incredibly unambitious and it's quite sad. Sacking Wenger was a necessary sacrifice so we can go on to do better things, he was consistent - not progressive. Even the dreadful season we're having now is better than eternal 4th place finishes.

What mistake did he make for the goal? being the only covering man is not his mistake, not having the legs to catch Aguero is not really his mistake either, he did nothing wrong
He was on the wrong side of Aguero for the goal, Sunday League defending there. Cech should have done better and closed down after that big touch. Other than that he was man of the match IMO.

Francis Avoce I think he's realized he has to do his best now. I've noticed in this new role he's a hybrid of what he used to do, he doesn't dribble too far unnecessarily but passes from deep positions. I didn't think he that range of passing but he's becoming basically a santi cazorla but he has much more strength and can dribble really good.
He just has to decide if he wants to be that or not. So many pieces, just needs to put them together.
