Stunning job, I would have been tempted to make the base skids out of something waterproof so that the sitting water in winter wouldn’t soak into the base.
Wow. I honestly thought I could diy my own bike shed until I watched this! I think I better save up and buy something pre-made. I have neither the patience or the skill. Great video. Thank you.

This is very well done, with all the right tools. This bike shed could also be great for many other garden supplies when you have limited space...great job buddy!:) You have learned your craft well!!!
Great video RJ - really well shot. I would want to lose the centre post to make access easier - the doors could provide structure when closed? Pay no attention to the flip flop haters - I do the same and only downside is getting the wood shavings out of your socks afterwards.

Great work, just curious did you cut angles for the slope of the roof for the studs or is it so slight that you just allowed a small gap? I presume the small corner brackets help prevent racking?
Michael Ballinger I had the same question. Would be nice to know cause I'm going to do an attempt to recreate the shed. Either way thanks for the instructive video!

Do lumbar shops cut 2x4's for you to custom sizes? I don't want to buy or deal with saws....

Nice 👍🏼
sock and sandal police have beel alerted, expect a call .....nice vireo tho
Nice, but I don't think I could easily take 2 road bikes in and out of that... maybe like kids plastic bikes or toys.

Hi, can you tell me where this slot cutter came from - is it part of a T&G set?
Tim Brison yes it's part of T&G set

Flip flops and a cap.... bet your fun at parties

Are you able to move the whole thing to get access to your sewage drain cover ?
rockywr I can take the floor panel out
How did you get straight 2 X 4's? Are they pine boards that you straightened before you built the shed?
Joe Marchessault of shelf 2x3s m8 !
Why does he drill before screwing in the screws please? Im confused
So the would doesn't split
How is the plywood cladding holding up to the weather? Is it peeling or warping? What sort of exterior ply is it? Nice work.

Tim Brison Thanks m8
Good video but watching it in cinema scope done my head in
how to build a bike shed or how you built a bike shed as I don't see a how too in any of this.
What thickness is the plywood and is it 2x4 you used? This just what I need to store my kids bikes..
jasongy I made it out of 5.5mm ply but I recommend 12mm or more ( I made this shed out of materials I ha

Hi. do you have some plans on how to build the bike shed? How much wood you used etc,.......
im currently working on that will let you know wen im done
Thank you....
@@tallrentv Hi. Have you finished the plans, on materials, and cut sizes?
8+ plus months later, and still waiting for a cut list.....🤣🤣🤣

but a shed for it ... nope, that is what my garage is for

Very nicely done, looks real neat!!!
nickluke2006 Thanks m8 !

What it's like living nextdoor to Steve Austin.
I like your comment. (That's because I'm old enough to know who Steve Austin is😉)
I think he meant bicycle, not motorcycle
White socks and flip flops. 😣 Great hut tho.
This video should be called watch me build a tiny shed very fast. This is not really a how to video at all
I am no craftsman, but I thought this was sufficiently informative. It did leave me with questions, but none that I couldn't Google.
What is the cladding on the doors? It looks like T&G - but if it's going into a 1/4" slot - you can't get it that thin, can you?
Tim Brison it's 8mm (1/4) T&G we can buy them in any DIY shop ( in UK )
Thanks for that - I thought you were using a 1/4" (6.3mm) slot cutter - but you were using an 8mm instead. Cheers.
It's a nice build but i definitely don't see my bike fitting in there. Maybe weedman's bike or a tricycle would be a different story though lol
100%, my Handlebars are almost 800mm wide on my DH bike
Great shed but you can't put the bikes in it. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a 'bike shed'.
mac daddy my son's bike ( bicycle ) going in very easy!!!!
if you reduce the speed by half in settings there is a real time commentary
Bike Shed? I would not like to struggle to put a bike in and out of that.
