- In this video I first show a concept idea for a space station in creative briefly, then I jump in game and try to get some chores done. Also off screen I did a bunch of organization, added a new 640K storage bay on the Makar, and built a couple superior cpu cores for the Ridge Rat.
I want this idea to come to fruition! That is a really cool looking base and the fly through option sounds wicked!
Feels like a NMS space station with that shape, i think it would be amazing as a 0G space station. Seeing xcal float around in his station on the streams made me realize that i also don't want gravity in my space stations anymore either, although they look a little bit worse in my opinion for it. Although knowing you you can probably make it looks like a masterpiece once more. Also cool discovery on that block, those types of blocks always break my mind as to what they're used for. However i still have so many blocks that i'd like to see added. In my opinion new shapes should be the #1 priority lol
Somehow the geometric shape of that station makes me think of Terrahawks. Looks like it could make for an interesting starter station/outpost though.
I don't know whether its changed for RE2, but in RE you need the laser upgrade kits to build the Advanced Autominers.
1:08:58 - instead of laser cannons it's better use plasmas, or cannons. And use laser turrets instead.
At core 9 I use 2 heavy cannons and 2 emp turrets and 3 infra red lasers and then a few gats. the lasers are also good for drones this works well for me in drone space and will just take a legacy infector.
You should always check the tanks before you Salvage them for o2 and fuel.
I seem to forget that about every time. Yes, I need to remember to do that. Not to self again, check tanks. lol And thanks again!
