- Stiff wrists are the key to building in a grip that connects with the gun, minimizes muzzle flip travel, and returning to sight alignment when the muzzle flip is complete.

Golden nuggets of info....
This is very useful, thank you.
You're welcome! 👍🏻
Wonderful instruction and examples. Thank you very much.
Think, instead, of pre-tensioning the wrists, by contracting the muscles along the bottom of the forearms, while keeping the muscles along the top/outside of the forearms as relaxed as possible. The moment from recoil will have to overcome this pre-tension before it can begin pivoting the wrists. The higher this wrist pre-tension, the less the muzzle flips about the wrist.
The important thing is to stiffen the wrists using the muscles of the forearms and palms and to be aware to keep them that way before, during, and after the shot. There must be no proactive anticipation caused by the shot. Just let the recoil happen. If the wrists are stiffened, the gun will snap back to sight alignment like a charm.
@@TacticalPerformanceCenterso by keeping your wrists stiff it automatically returns the firearm to where you initially aimed it. Thanks for the helpful tip!

Easier said than implemented. Practicing
Indeed! Consistency and frequency in practice are more important than quantity!
I was taught to twist your wrist inward.
Yes, that's a useful and efficient technique to create more pressure = more friction higher to the bore axis. That will minimize the muzzle flip as well 👍🏻
Shooting a gun is different than shaking hands lol. Lock out your wrist and have your elbows and shoulders absorb recoil. Sights don’t come off target and it’s comfortable.
Disagree with this logic.
i will try ur method na kub"
