@@102ndsmirnov7 Of course it is triggered. The triggers are in contact with the mesh head, just from the inside of the shell, so you can´t see them. Edrums, generally, have piezo triggers like the triggers that can be attached to accoustic drum heads. The Drum-Tec Pro series, that Samus is playing, just has multiple triggers for the snare and toms to reduce hotspots, but essentially you need the piezo crystal to creat a voltage signal that is recieved by a module/computer and translated into digital sound.

Instead of being discouraged at the thought of possibly never being able to do this on a kit I tell myself "if I really want to learn and sharpen the skills I already have practice makes perfect (if ever there were such a thing), and no one but you can tell you how to play.
