This guy is obviously obsessed with AA. His videos can be misleading. The Diaspora chose where they want to live for different reasons. The Pres promised visa for all.
It's not a bad thing to secure your land for the local people and the future generation land is gold. It's to protect your people. Perhaps Kenya should do the same.
This is the time to Unite African people. Stop preaching division. Tribalism is not what AA or any of the Diaspora need.
If you know your history then you would know that most of these coups were done by outsides.
Can I suggest you go and read, read your history it shows that you don't have a clue 😢😢.

That literally removes most if not all of west Afrika; where freehold title is only available to citizens and those linked to specific ethnic nations that are the custodians of the lands. In East Afrika, Tanzania laws are similar to what is found in West Afrika

Instead, Kenya competing with Ghana and Nigeria, Kenya may want to relocate it long lost ancestors home or to visit Kenya. Those diasporas in India were brought to India from Kenya as slaves during colonialism masters to serve white masters as slaves. Those diasporas still practice Kenya and India culture and they know that their ancestors were brought to India to serve colonial masters. Sorry, but Westerners want the low down because staying in Tanzania, i wouldnt want to make that mistake again. The people were greedy and ungrateful, the food and travel is overpriced, the president sucks from i heard so theres a lot of oppression, streets are unkept etc. We talk about your culture, your cities, your transport, how you conduct business, travel how you treat us and we share this because we want to warn people or encourage people to go to worthwhile places. Not only this Ghana sold us into slavery and they keep playing Americans! Their government is corrupt.
The problem is you have pride in African countries even when their governments are wrong, and they arent stable places to visit. Your governments and other countries in Africa could care less about you and they will show you when you get there. Countries arent God, and no one should owe allegiance to any country, even their birthplace.
    But question..
Why they give so much play to the masaai? Theres like 40 other tribes.

This is unacceptable. Stop comparing Ghana to Kenya. Ghana is not competing with Kenya. If you want to promote your country, do so without talking down on Ghana. And remember African -Americans were not taken from east Africa to America. They were taken from the West coast of Africa. So they are from West Africa where Ghana is located. They're coming to their ancestral land. 'Year of return ' . Get that in your thick skull.

Side point that has not caught on. ALL AFRICAN COUNTRIES need to develop non-threatening industries to begin to pay down debt, employ people, add businesses and infrastructure. It has to be an industrial platform that does not cause the West to undermine its development. Africa is largely an agrarian continent where everyone knows how to farm, so everyone should GROW HEMP. HEMP has hundreds of varieties and Marijuana is a small minority. 25,000 different products can be made from HEMP. Every thing from food, fuel, medicine, clothing, paper, textiles, milk, ink, buildings and batteries. It Improves the soil where it is planted and matures in 90 days. Most Africans have not prepared a welcome and adjustment program for our fellow Africans so sometimes they are forced to move back. The people are trying to be helpful, but the governments mostly offer lip service. Kenya has its positives, so does Ghana and we are currently all in economic strain. Let our governments study our brothers and sisters and prepare programs to help them succeed. Best preparation would be to do the best for your own citizens, meaning any new comers will find a good place to move to. Leave Ghana, hype Kenya. Different countries have their own advantages and will therefore fit different people.

To be clearer with my response, it was an allusion to a point that Evans stated regarding the land tenures.
One of the rationales he presented as to why AA folks are considering Kenya vs Ghana is the question of land purchase, as in freehold title.
He alleges that Kenya does not have such restrictions on the availability of freehold title.
He called it a deal breaker.
If that is the case then their decision is easy, as the opportunity and experience in purchasing process will be better than any similar opportunity presented to them in Ghana, which would be 100% scam.

Land in Ghana is lease owned, which I like because it will always remain in the possession of Ghana and not foreigners. This means everyone including most native Ghanians lease land, foreigners lease land for 50 years while natives lease for 99 years. There is an option to renew the lease when it ends, of course you must ensure this clause exists in your indenture. Also, once you become a citizen and you buy land, you will get the 99 year lease. The land is owned by Chiefs, Families and the government as far as I know. Now, instead of comparing one African country to another, why not just show the great things about Kenya and leave the rest up to us in the diaspora to decide if we want to visit or move there?

It was driven by the sultanates of the Middle East. I am identifying DEBT and Western influence. Infrastructure is well developed in these countries and they are much like the WEST. They can make Western Diaspora very comfortable. If your eyes are open you recognize they soon suffer in a Western manner due to too much importation of Western culture. TANZANIA is the sweet spot. It is up and coming with the most opportunities. It is THE NEW FRONTIER! It is close to Kenya and Zambia when you need to visit your old habits, but TANZANIA will become the Promise LAND for many who desire an evolved living experience.

Lol..to each their own. I’ve traveled Africa and everywhere has its pros & cons and Ghsna has resonated with me the most. If you thing Ghanas expensive so is Kenya if your try to maintain western world standards & on a limited budget. Leasing land is the standard in Africa even Kenya (99yr leasehold non citizens); as one of the leading puppet nations in East Africa Kenya is one of the most developed…the British colonials love that colony & along with East Indians still exploit. Kenya has both high land geography & low sea coast with what’s considered the most beautiful beaches in all continental Africa and the train ride from Nairobi to Mombasa is affordable and not bad…corruption in Kenya is more than Ghana which is more peaceful plenty petty theft phone grabbers etc & violent crimes. I Ghana is more expensive but I prefer the stronger currency to weaker when travelling the continent, thou Cedi fluctuates regularly but so does traditional Ghsna. of African currencies. I do like and prefer the open minded diversity of east Africa than the more stiff traditional. Africa has the widest variety of food choices in terms of vegetation in my opinion, Kenya has a wider variety of wild life which ok too. When it comes to shipping Ghana is major port for shipping that’s more cost effective compared to shipping over to the east side of Africa. Overall English is more understandable in Ghana thou both nation speak it the Kenyan accent is harder to catch. Ghana /west Africas history boast of the Atlantic slave trade ports of entry & exit so while ignorance by locals still exist more than would think it’s at least a point of reference for ancestry & reason to be in the country plus remaining has some leniency compared to other places. When It comes down to it it’s a matter of preference…54states to chose from personal I started in the east first then settled in the west like the sun🌞😂 theirs an energy with Ghana that I’ve only found in Jamaica land of my birth plus it’s more of a major hub for diaspora from all over the world than anywhere else’s in Africa…still travelling all of Africa my home but Ghana 🇬🇭 is my main base/headquarters…see you soon Kenya 🇰🇪 ❤️🌍✊🏿💪🏿❤️🖤💚 P.s. the free chief investor venture land in Asebu etc comes with conditions personally I didn’t like them nor the model used so I just went out and purchase my own elsewhere in Ghana from you take your time so your due diligence at the land search & register office you should be fine especially outside Accra. I believe Dr Arikana Chihombori-Quao is trying use the same model in Zimbabwe as well…as descendants of the transatlantic slave trade & slavery etc we deserve better from Europe/the world, and Africa leaders in the respective nations…we suppose to be family returning for Pete sakes from centuries of oppression/degradation & injustice not tourists, Africa’s yet to truly treat us as such and give us a fair piece/share/start of our ancestral home & inheritance as black Africans. Oh, I prefer the tropical heat…and in the hills there’s a lovely breeze.

Here’s an unsolicited nugget of counsel for you; whether it’s on an individual or nationalistic basis, if succeeding in any endeavor in life means hurting and slandering those around you, then then you’re not going to go far. Rest assured that you will eventually fail!!
If reaching your desired height means standing on someone else’s neck, you might as well be on your knees. Kenya is a beautiful country and deserving of our kith and kin in the diaspora’s visit and domicile. Maligning another African country, & Ghana for that matter to achieve that end is a very juvenile and duplicitous enterprise. That’s if you care at all about Kenya & the entire continent.
If this is all about making a buck, I advise you to alter the direction of your content. There’s nothing constructive about what I’ve seen thus far. If you knew anything at all about Ghanaians, you’d know that we’re one of the nicest and kindest folks in the world,

I appreciate and respect ALL of your very GOOD POINTS, however, you did not mention the DEBT PROBLEM. A country's future and evolution is determined by the constraints of debt. Debt determined who influences a country and how the people move forward to prosperity. Ghana and Kenya have similar problems. If they cannot capitalize on their resources and/or industry they will soon be in the same predicament as the major Western nations.

Starting from the jump, you are comparing Ghana vs Kenya and thinking Ghana is okay. STOP IT! Ghana must look at the problems it has and fix period. Come back to earth, stop thinking
Tribes. Though out your explanation about Ghana you see your country as perfect. But you aren’t thinking how can Ghana improve, in order to make it more attractive for Diaspora moving to Ghana, rather than finding fault with Kenya, Kenya is on their own path, Ghana hast to find a better path for Ghana, and leave the comparison to Kenya along because they’re not looking at what you have accomplished and Ghana. They are thinking what can I do to make the country better you are thinking how do I catch up? It’s you that have the problem.
