You have to carry that in check in luggage. Only wines bought from airport duty free shops can be carried in cabin as long as the package is sealed! They don't see any bills in KL

Isse better hain to convert some INR to MYR and use a zero-charge credit card like Scapia! Malaysia is not very expensive considering it is a foreign location.
