You can email the author of the paper and ask for a copy. They are happy to do so. Make a profile on ResearchGate (it’s like research Facebook) it’s really easy to message them there. Or there is always a correspondence email tied to journal articles (usually the first author’s university or agency email)
Do you know if a spanish research paper can have one or two english keywords? I would love to be read by those audiences or at least some bilingual scientist living in those countries
