What happens when the created port changes? I have a game with port (64877) but it changed itself at some point to (36029) and now my world wont load because its the wrong port
Launch smapi and type "connect_override ip:port slot password" in the console. Example: "connect_override archipelago.gg:36029 yourName" Load into your game, then after playing a full day and sleeping the new information should be saved.

I've followed everything step by step in the video, but when i create new, set everything up, it keeps bringing me back to the start page. Am i doing something wrong? No other mods are installed.
Hi me and a friend want to play this randomizer co-op, (not a race, not a multiworld) actuall multiplayer, it doenst seem far fetched to be able to play this co-op like any other stardew mod, aslong as people have the same mod. is this possible?
Unfortunately no multiplayer for the randomizer, but you and your friend could do separate worlds and find each other's random items by doing a multiworld.

I would double check that the folder called "StardewArchipelago" is located in the Stardew Mods folder. You can also try re-downloading the mod. If there is still an issue I would recommend asking on either my discord or Archipelago's discord.
after you downloaded the StardewArchipelago mod, you have to extract the zip file and then copy the entire folder along with all contents inside it to the mod folder. It seems to me that you must have somehow missed copying the entire folder, or you may have copied the zip file instead.

Edit: The guide says the legacy 1.5.6 version is fine & I can load the game without errors or whatever but its not working at all.
What do I need to use to change where entrances lead to? My house is my house and the buildings in pelican town are normal :(
I believe in version 3.x.x only non-progression buildings can be randomized. My new series is version 4.x.x which is in pre-release.
I'm getting a failed to connect error. Is this just a network connectivity issue?

How can I hint the location of a specific building? If at all. I'm trying to find the wizards tower in my playthrough where entrances are randomized

I don't understand this last step 4:50 , please explain more simpler terms?

as far as i know you have to say !!hint with two exclamaition marks
I think hint is with 1 exclamation mark, but try both ways and see what works.
Will this mess up any other saves I have?
It shouldn't, especially if you don't load into any of those saves, but I always would recommend backing up save files when using mods.
Can you leave up the live vods instead of unlisting them please?
I might make a playlist and add them there (public access), just because some don't like the live vods filling their subscription feed.
