so i have a problem ive been doing this step by step and the password hint always chamged to the one i put when resetting the password but the password never gets accepted I did this 4 times already and the hint always works but not once the password was accepted i really dont know what to do about it anymore
When i tried terminal options after that it takes me to recovery key option. What to do then. I don’t have recovery key. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Basically I want to Apple Store and they told that I should not pay anything so everything asking you to pay should be a scam what you can do is delete all your data and then reconnect to your google account and iTunes if you do not know how to do it yourself you can drop your Mac to Apple Store and they will do it but you will have to log back in all the account yourself since they do not know you personal password neither your your personal info. If you the pass key was made by the company your working for (so it their computer or they’ve put the password) , you can simply ask them they should know..But only if they’re the one that faces the password.

I _'may'_ have to return my MBA/M2 for repair under warranty as the Magsafe doesn't always charge, and having turned off _'Locate MY Mac'_ I am told in the packaging that I have to remove *'The firmware password'* without defining it. Is *'The firmware password'* simply the _'Admin Password'_ as in your video, or it something else? It annoys me that they do not define it, I've used Mac's since the 1990s and if *'The Firmware Password'* is *'Admin password'* no one told me. Having run diagnostics and a reboot my Magsafe started working as when I first received my Mac a few months ago, but just as then it's started to play up as before and wont work without a _"wiggle"_ and I'm guessing may stop working completely in a week or so without a reboot or running diagnostics. I'm glad I kept the return box after making a complaint under warranty... having coughed up nearly £1500 I want this thing fully working. And yes, I've tried a friends power-brick and Magsafe cable which still displayed the same issue. If you could clearly define *'The Firmware Password'* it would be appreciated, thanks.
Who can help me? I have an iMac and a separate keyboard with bluetooth. You always need to enter a password at startup, but currently the keyboard does not work and it is impossible to enter the password, but when I connect to Wi-Fi, it works there. Please help me reset the code to log in!
ya, if that computer has icloud and find my location turned on. Then you will run into issues. Unless you have the password to log out of the icloud and find my location.

What do you mean by “if it’s connected to iCloud”? Do you mean using iCloud? Or are computers able to lock to iCloud somehow?
Yes Apple computers after 2016 can be icloud locked. Then Bios chip needs to be replaced.
