well it's nice to see an indian tech tuber making a video about 1%lows but these 1%lows aka frametimes can change on a first run and it could be different in another run in some case for ex pc 1s 80fps could sometimes feel crappy compared to 2nd pc's 60fps it solely doesn't depend on processor tho but multiple issues from ram hard-disk loading time processor's architecture
