Good to see a video from ya, I haven't done many myself, haven't been out on the bike much...other things going on...good to see ya and hope your feeling better, nice on the club, none here and I keep trying but nothing gotta ride alone sucks...
With all the trouble you are having I'm glad I'm not getting old . Hang in there and take care of yourself...It was good to hear from you....Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY..!
Sorry to hear about your health. Hope it's better than mine. I had kidney op June 5th with 29 stones coming out on the 29th, and Hylagan injections in my right knee like you during July. I'm much better now! Hope you were spared from the tropical storm. Watch out for that stress test!
Thanks. I wish you all the best in your continued recovery. I hear kidney stones are really painful. Did the Hyalgan injections help your knee? I'm not looking forward to the stress test. Guess I gotta do it though.
RC62 So far the Hylagan is working just a little TOO WELL. Now I believe my left knee needs some, too! Sympathy pains, I guess. Let us subscribers know how the stress test goes. I had one at your age, it was jogging on a runaway treadmill until it blows up!
Good to hear from you again. I am sorry to hear that your sinus surgery did not work out for you. We had talked awhile back after you had your surgery and I told you I had considered it also but hesitated on having it done. I have had a struggle with my health over the last 15 years and it is only by the grace of God that I am still here and I am thankful for that. I am 65 and each day is a blessing that I no longer take for granted. Take care and ride safe my friend.
Thanks. Yeah I recall you talking about the rough time you've had with your health. A lot worse than I have had for sure. Glad you are doing better. What really sux is I, like many, have worked hard all my life, for the things I now have. I have a good job, nice home, and loving wife. And just as I am getting closer to being able enjoy it all my health has to start being an issue. I tell you man it is always something. :D Take care.
Damn Rob! First off, good to see an upload from you. Secondly, would like to see more so you better stay on top of that heart of yours. Hope things get on track for you. Take care and rsmf...
Thanks Ray. I keep telling myself I'll become more active again with the vids but even on the few rides I've taken I haven't had the inclination to record anything. Anywho I haven't given up on YT yet. :D Ride safe my friend...
Good to see you post buddy. At least they may have found your problem for feeling like crap. Now that can go from there and get you back on track brother.
I thought they found out why I felt bad all the time when I was told by the other Dr I had allergies. That treatment left me worse (and $4k out of pocket) than before and leery of taking much other treatment. But we'll see. :D
hi rob hope all your trouble with your sinuses is behind you now good to hear you are getting out on your bike and you have joined a club that was a surprise to hear when you said that you had a heart attack and you did not know about it i hope this is well behind you now i am playing catch up i have your last 15 or so vids to catch up on
I saw a cardiologist and he said no issues with the heart. I'm still having sinus issues even worse than before. A lot has changed since this video. Lost my job, retired, and had to move to a smaller house. Hardly been on my bike in a year. And of course the pandemic. Compared to some I feel we are blessed. Things could be better though. :D
Yeah tell me about it. lol Really though I'm lucky to have her looking out for me. I have told her many times that I'm going before her cause she needs to be here to take care of me when I get near the end. RSMF
oh wow, that's rough. Take it easy. Unfortunately with those results sometimes they'll never be able to tell what happened and kinda leaves you a cliff hanger...
I'm not too worried... yet. Got a bunch of tests they want me to take and I'll be seeing a cardiologist. Hoping its nothing exercise and losing some weight won't fix but we'll see. :D
Couple of points from this Brit. First I paused the video and there was almost no detail in the grass or buildings. I don't know whether this is due to the camera or over-compression uploading, but it made the whole place look very plastic. Which brings me on too the second point, those perfectly manicured verges and houses look like something out of the Stepford Wives. I'm not being critical as I live in a 200 year old cottage which is very far from being perfect (damp, rot, low ceilings etc) Is that normal for where you live?
I am not impressed with the Sena Prism Tube and regret the impulse to buy it. Even for a less expensive ($120) cam it isn't very good. Maybe if it was $50 it'd be worth it. The homes in my development are only a few years old and many are still being built. In fact this whole area was mostly orange groves and forests until 10 years or so ago. The styling of the homes is pretty common in this area.
hart attack !! oh shit , getting old really sucks ! im getting fatter ,rounder , knees popping out of joints , been cold since october and dosent seem to get better and its the coldest "summer" in over 10 years so i feel it and i feel 4 you ! SO , i so hope your spirits up , have a nice hot one on me hahaha !
Yeah, getting old sucks but I guess it beats the alternative of being dead. :D I seem to keep getting fatter and rounder too. Joints hurt and I just seem to be worn out. Take care, Ride safe. :D
Belated happy birthday wishes. As we get older we certainly start to feel some of the wear and tear, but you need to take extra care if you've had a heart attack, even a minor one. On a lighter note, you mentioned in the script-over that you were filming with a Sena Prism. Is that the tube version?
Thank you. Yeah its the Prism Tube. OK for a less expensive camera but not great. Video isn't bad but I noticed the cam does not handle movement well. Audio settings are too high and no way to adjust anything. There are no settings to control.
RC62 I use to ride a lot with the Buckeyeboyz in the 401 . The 299 is just in Ohio but they do not ride much either . I am waiting until I get the hip fixed and back on the bike . Distance is out for a bit .
Good to see a video from ya, I haven't done many myself, haven't been out on the bike much...other things going on...good to see ya and hope your feeling better, nice on the club, none here and I keep trying but nothing gotta ride alone sucks...
Thanks. No Southern Cruiser chapters near you? They have chapters all over.

With all the trouble you are having I'm glad I'm not getting old . Hang in there and take care of yourself...It was good to hear from you....Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY..!
Bob you got almost 30 years on me but you are soooo much younger than me. I think you may still be riding when they plant me 6' under. ;-)
Thanks Bob.

Yep I hear where you are coming from once your in the doctors clutches you will be there a lot. Happy Birthday and 55 isn't old!
Yeah it seems like once you start with the Drs you get into a vicious cycle. One thing after another. But what can you do?
Hey Rob,
Good to hear from you but sorry to hear the bad news! Hang tough!
Thanks Phil. I'm trying... :D
Sorry to hear you are having some health issues. You take care of yourself
Thanks. I am going to try to. :D
Man dude, Jeanie is rough on you! lol. Take care of yourself and keep on riding!
Yeah tell me about it. lol Really though I'm lucky to have her looking out for me. I have told her many times that I'm going before her cause she needs to be here to take care of me when I get near the end. RSMF
Heart attack sounds bad, but 55 is no age, Happy Birthday anyway :D And keep on riding i hear thats good for the heart too :)
Yeah I'm too young for all these aches and pains. :D
I ride as much as I can but definitely need to ride more!
oh wow, that's rough. Take it easy. Unfortunately with those results sometimes they'll never be able to tell what happened and kinda leaves you a cliff hanger...

55!? You're just a pup. 8-) Just keep riding.
Hahaha Well this "pup" tends to be hurtin these days. Will continue to ride as much as I can. :D
Dang! Getting old sucks. That's the same club the BuckeyBoyz used to belong to. Cool.
I don't mind being old but just wish my health was in better shape. :D
Wow Rob, your bod is puttin you through it lately. I'll be glad when you get it all licked, so you can bring that Indian to the Dragon.
Thanks Gary. Yeah it seems to be one thing after another. Would love to ride the dragon on the Scout but that's a dream I doubt will ever happen. :D
Never say never. Stuff happens.
Belated happy birthday wishes. As we get older we certainly start to feel some of the wear and tear, but you need to take extra care if you've had a heart attack, even a minor one.

SCRC ! I need to change chapters . I belong in a non active one . The 401 .
Yeah you need to find one near you that's active... That or start a new one yourself :D
RC62 I use to ride a lot with the Buckeyeboyz in the 401 . The 299 is just in Ohio but they do not ride much either . I am waiting until I get the hip fixed and back on the bike . Distance is out for a bit .
