    Great insight video for working muscles u just don't get 2 work in a gym setting, and I think is way over looked by coaches to teach their athletes. Those bands and some of the exercises shown here by John are your secret weapon to conditioning your whole body, use them for a year and just see how much u improve and guard off injuries.       @@InstantspeedIeTraining I always recognise those simple and often over looked muscles in the hips when I see them. But the world is more into to showy muscles instead like Glutes, Abs, Biceps, Triceps, Chest ect ect. N forget about the little muscles that support those showy muscles for faster movements and less injuries BIGTIME!!!! Fairplay to u john, ur giving away top secrets here n hardly anyone is taking notice. 1 day the message will sink in, You just wait n see mate. Keep up up the good work. And if u have another exercise or 2 please post them here won't you, and I hope they are something new to me so I can learn it, then teach it. And I'll give all credit to you ok. Deal..
