  • Burnt Corn and Paneer Salad
    ingredients :
    2 no - American Corn
    Take a oil and brush the Corn Cob
    Keep above the flame and Let burn full in Slow Flame
    Remove Corn Kernel and keep aside
    Dressing : Take a Glass Jar or Bottle
    1 tbsp - Extra Vergin Olive Oil
    1+1/2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
    1 tsp - Chilli Flakes
    Salt to Taste
    2 tsp - Sugar
    1 tsp - Garlic Crushed
    Whisk Properly
    Assemble :
    Take a big Mixing Bowl
    1 no - Capsicum Chopped
    1 no - Tomato Chopped
    1 no - Onion Chopped
    1/2 no - Cucumber Chopped
    1/2 no - Red Capsicum Chopped
    1 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
    Put above dressing and mix well
    1/4 Cup - Paneer Cubes Small
    1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
    1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
    Mix Well and Serve
