"The Winner Takes It All" is, in my opinion, Abba's best song they ever wrote. Tina does a very competent version of it here.

A break up song sung extremely well by Tina Arena and extremely well articulated by the lyricist .She Arena is loud and clear as the song demands and she really knows how to pull up where required .Arena is really great .She has done justice to send the song message ..It's deep .Only a lover at a breakup would understand .

Back in 1980 I heard this song sung by Agnetha Faltskog in ABBA.Since then all covers of it never came close to her version, until now, Tina you cracked it, that is equal to the original and for me a joy to listen to. Thank you from a new fan.
I love this song but sometimes I think it would be a better song without the beat. I like, for example, Juan Pablo Di Pace's cover. I'm probably alone on this one, but I don't think such an emotional song should be accompanied with drums and clapping.

Tom Carpenito she’s definitely worth seeing/listening to live. And she prefers to sing live - though she has plenty of great albums of her own original work. She’s Australian but spends half her life in France now (married a French man). She tours every now and again so you should see her some time. Make sure you do - she‘ll touch your soul and set your heart alight :-) Interesting life story too ... she wrote her autobiography about 5 years ago. I LOVE her. Beautiful person, inside and out 😊

Steffen Meier, yes she’s amazing and a genuine humble person. She’s Australian. We’ve known her a long time because she was on a child talent show in the 70s when she was really young. She has so many great albums and mostly sings her own originals. I have most of her music (lots) and truly love her 👍
