LA Garbage Truck Collecting A Heavy Trash Route

Here is what I found last week on East Valley’s Tuesday route. 36819, which is now easily one of the most powerful and violent trucks I’ve filmed. 819 is a truck I’ve been after for quite awhile now. It was the very first 2005/2006 diesel I saw in the valley after all the dual fuels were retired back in 2020. I first saw 819 in 2021, way back when it still had its original grille. And up until last week I’d been trying to hunt it down ever since. Definitely one of my luckiest finds so far. The neighborhood also had a pretty heavy trash route, with many houses setting out more than one black can, which overall made for a pretty fun video that I'm sure you'll all enjoy. Unfortunately as of the uploading of this video, 819 is broken down and will most likely be junked soon. With the diesels, LA really doesn’t like fixing them unless they have a super minor, easily fixable problem. Pretty sad to see another one of these go, it's just a matter of time before they’re all gone. As always a big thanks to LA’s awesome drivers.
