OMG Jamaica needs truck scale. How can you overload a truck like this, it's unsafe bad for Bridges bad for road. Now the quarry is to be blame. Paying for a load,then add half ER load on my truck. No way Jamaica government are old and slow,
I ran 3 tandems from 95-2004 in Ga. I had a driver in my L-8000,my Dad drove my-9000 , I drove a new Lt9500 sterling . I had a few contract trucks also. Worked for APAC hauling asphalt and crush and run. Plus alot of private jobs. Money was great and so were the people I worked with. Sold off trucks during 08 went through a nasty divorce but I still got my dad , I love that old man dearly.
The machine operator is skillful as he didn't touch one truck with the bucket. He is killing all the trucks with this crazy loading. I hope those trucks don't have to make it up Mount Rosser or any real hills. I now see why the roads are ruined with this truck weight. I would hate to drive behind any of these trucks. This is crazy!
Thats not skill my friend anyone can bulk load out!!! Yeah hes not rough as guts. But def not skiklful If u wanna see real skill find a vid with some operators digging trenches or boxing rds watch how they dig crazy trenches then swing shields throwing pipe around and machines rock around when u see a skilled crew that are always together its all action.

There’s no point fulling it half way coz the trucks are only moving it a short distance throughout there quarry not like they going on a long drive down the road there’s no limit of full here
What the heck is with so many of these “developing “ countries they treat equipment like shit, for instance listen to the loader bucket it’s just screaming for lack of grease, those trucks are just being destroyed. Pretty sure not one of these trucks could ever pass an MTO inspection here in Ontario Canada. That excavator bucket hasn’t grease in who knows how long.
No common sense and no understanding of the equipment. All they can do is operate the controls, no real understanding of what they are doing. That is also the reason for all the accidents you see on here, no common sense or understanding of physics.

It's amazing how many trucks are standing around waiting to get loaded. Isn't there any coordination. If there is only one loader or excavator, then it's not making sense to send 20 trucks to get loaded.
Gosh they actually managed to somehow get a red truck that’s looks like it’s so wrecked and so old that it looked like it was about to snap in half to get there and get loaded to snap it in 2 pieces

You may get more money per load, but factoring in the cost of routine maintenance,frequent costly repairs from abused poorly maintained equipment,fuel, etc. you are making very little to no profit return.
the loader doesn't care anything overloaded, these heavy gravels will crush , will bend the truck into half, the axles will be fractured. not quite sure the drivers are self---operated, OR state operated??? good business for the repair shop, these trucks break down often.
They only care about how much "gravel" they move in a day. Break the machinery and they cobble it together or throw it away. I imagine this is a mine so the trucks don't go down regular roads, or at least I hope not. Certainly don't work the way the guys do in the gravel pits where I buy stone. They put gravel in my pickup truck with a 3yard payloader and hardly spill anything and then clean up what missed immediately.
Doesn't Jamaica have a restricted weight limit on their commercial vehicles. I don't see how these trucks can carry such excessive weight and I don't know how they're raising the beds on them dump trucks will help blowing the hydraulic ram or the hoses on the trucks.
This is obviously a foreign land and an onsite load and drop. Although the Thumbnail says leaving the quarry and the busted truck does not appear in the video. As an Operating Engineer and construction truck driver (with all Endorsements) since 1977; over the years I would never allow an overload. Obviously there are no owner operator financial concerns for the equipment. Can only speak for American soil DOT rules, laws, codes and statutes.

It would be cheaper to get another conveyor belt to ship it direct down the road. The conveyer they have is piling up gravel faster they they can load it.

Poor positioning of trucks being loaded .The trucks should back up to the pile the loader is loading from .Resulting in less travel for the loader and less spillage to clean up. Less fuel burned by the loader .Loading time cut in half .

That loader needs a grease big time. Iv a 966H and i5s got automatic grease and if it runs out you get that noise

Best way to break truck chassis is to not know what 50 ton looks like these trucks are overloaded by 30 ton
