      @@IanVanMann fast forward into 1min in video “Complete SpaSchool pt1” and I am literally using the cover lift to lift the spa cover and instructing on how to do it safely.

    I know this assumes everything is levelled, but I would have levelled the bar before setting the screws on each side, otherwise over time it can cause the bar to warp if the load isn’t distributed evenly.

      By this time the spa is already leveled. If the pad is unleveled I would not have been doing this. Pad and electrical are the first things to be inspected before the spa is even unloaded. This is why I use the lines in the siding to avoid having to pull out a small level. I guess because I’ve done it a million times. But good point.
