There's a new eatery in town. This is something that you would have never heard before. An Italian Dhaba! Yes! Punjabis made it happen! I went there to try the food and talk to the owner about how 1830 happened.

There are many food vloggers who convince you to try that dish in that restaurant. But this guy literally takes you virtually to the restaurant where he goes.
I can really feel his pain , I'm also getting through this situation , I'm 19 and doing business my dad don't stay with us. I'm really working hard and I don't say this. Idk how the business is going but this is the only Indian restraunt that is selling somehow close to real Italian pizza. There are so many wood fired oven restraunts in India but at the end of the day their pizzas are like chat masalas. They don't know the technique. They think just putting sauce on the dough and adding cheese with lots of onions and capsicums makes a pizza.. really sad.Glad to find atleast one person in India having the concept of pizza and serving tothr customers

I own a pizzeria in Goa we make authentic Neapolitan pizza everything hand made no machines used. I know very well how much hard work and dedication goes into running this type of establishment. This guy is amazing very inspirational person. I would love to visit this place just bcuz of this guy's humbleness and truthfulness.
