I love how they try to follow the authentic Neapolitan pizza recipe and technique as close as possible. I was taken a bit aback when I saw an industrial oven behind them but later when they used Ooni oven I was really delighted to see their commitment
....pizza margarita is the original pizza from Italy ( invented in nepoli Italy by a woman known as Margarita), its main ingredients r mozzarella cheez, tomato, olive oil and herbs !! And it is made in woodfire oven only !!!😍😘😘..hats off to this couple for their efforts to bring the original taste to India.

It takes some time to develop taste for this kind of pizza. It is different from dominoes pizza. They can reduce the cost by not using the tipo 00 drum wheat floor and also by using local tomatoes. This will help to bring cost similar other pizza in market and create market for this kind of pizza as main main flavour comes from long cold fermented dough and high heat quick cooking time due to the ooni pizza oven.All the best.

@@ampassionstruck9138 Yes, it will not be authentic in terms of ingredients , but the prep method still makes it taste similar.
I bake pizza myself. I can confirm it will taste very similar. They can keep this better ingredients version in the menu as well.
In terms of authenticity, it already deviates from using wood fired oven but its ok bcz they use similar temperature/flame oven. Its always good to do replacement with alternatives when possible.
