Dead Space Remake | Impossible Mode | No Damage Guide | Chapter 8

This is a full playthrough of the game on Impossible Mode while taking no damage. The intention of these videos is to thoroughly prepare players for every encounter in the game, and to not just barely scrape by, but to dominate the invading necromorphs.
Please Note that the entire game is not performed flawlessly in a single segment, but achieved by retrying sections through saving and quitting throughout. The only stipulation of Impossible mode is that you are not allowed to die. This causes a full reset to the beginning of the game, or will force the player to switch the difficulty to "Hard" mode. Saving and quitting does not void the Impossible difficulty stipulation.
This guide will take you through each room, hallway, optional area, and boss encounters throughout the game, and explain in detail how to survive the USG Ishimura and Aegis VII unscathed.
After the full game has been completed, I will upload the full game walkthrough as one video, as well as a no commentary run.
Something of note, is that I am playing the game and doing post-commentary and without a set script, so forgive my lack of structure and rambling during some segments. I review the footage and prepare my thoughts before recording commentary on the segments. I say the word, "so" a lot, and will be mindful of that in future recordings.
The original and the remake of Dead Space have a semi-random spawning system. As you progress through your attempts at Impossible, you may find yourself encountering different numbers of enemies in each room. Some sections are static and do not change from one playthrough to the next, but others will have variance in the number of enemies encountered, location of their spawns, etc. This is called the "Intensity Director".
While playing I do my best to make the game look as cinematic as possible through optimal camera movement, analyzing the environment, and hanging out while cutscenes play, so that the no commentary run encapsulates a full experience of the gameplay and story.

Hey man, just wanna say thanks for these videos. I was dreading having to do this to get the platinum, even though I was gonna use the save & quit system to do it, but these videos have helped so much. While I've taken my fair share of damage so far, it's gotten to the point where sometimes I'm going into areas myself ahead of the video just off confidence from what I've learned from you.
