Let’s go brandon
I love it when the actor's chuckles make it into the video :3
Me too
ruclips.net/video/ISBrPsfRFYY/видео.html
What are you talking about? Last time I checked the puppets are living things.
OMG Fafa is NAKED!
ALurkingGrue, don't spoil, man.
Juan Manuel Flaherty spoil ... or make better?
Please do sidewalk etiquette next!
I think fafa, zach, and mario should take over as hosts of mystery science theater.
2:50 I wonder what did Mario do to get banned from IHOP?
you should ask that question and see if it ends up on Glove and Boots responds
***** they just did lol
Told the waitress to spell "ICUP"...
ruclips.net/video/ISBrPsfRFYY/видео.html
you saw how mario threw the steak at the chef in the video? same thing but a stack of pancakes, much much messier
Excellent! Now I will be prepared for fine dining. I have but one question left: How many geese am I allowed to bring with me into the restaurant?
Hamburger and Nutella, my friend, hamburger and nutella.
Over 9000.

Classic XD
Automatically tipping your waiter is something that only happens in the US. In Europe, a tip is reserved for a VERY good job.
notbobby125 My dad does that, and we live in the US.
notbobby125 It happens in the USA because waiters/waitresses are paid $2.13 an hour when the minimum wage is $7.50 an hour. This is legal in the USA because money-grubbing.
notbobby125 Nah. In the us we dont HAVE to tip. Its considered polite, but you dont have to.
Not tipping is considered rude in the us.
VanillaDerp The thing is, though, that waiters/waitresses are payed so badly that you just feel like a jerk for not leaving SOMETHING, even if they did a terrible job. I really wish eateries would just pay their employees better. If I were to pay above, I want to pay because I am showing appreciation, or perhaps feeling generous. Not because a person couldn't even get the order right but I still know they have bills to pay. They get you with the guilt trips. XD
How did you guys know that I was dealing with annoying customers at work who obviously don't know about restaurant etiquette? Thank you for this video!
I've watched this video a million times, but now I was watching it with automatic captions, and when Mario said "That's the person that makes your food!" the captions said "That's the person that makes you poop!"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 It's immature but who cares?! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
YAAAAASSSS POOP!
Yisrael H turn captions on at 1:04
no it does not
if i don't take my food into the bathroom with me, it will be stolen by the people at the next table
Red panda!!!^-^
I wish I could say this wasn't a required viewing for most people...
Im glad i found this channel. I have laughed this hard in ages.
Nick Carbaugh right!
same
Really have you? (I'm pretty sure you meant haven't)
When Mario was panicking over fresh and fruity pancakes, the subtitles said" I want to try and do the fresh and fruity!" just thought id say
now I want some etiquette
Started the vid with my headphones on without realising I had my volume up too high and bricked it when the gorilla roared.
Well, I haven't been sleeping well for the last few months anyway
I'd love to see one that goes into detail about fancy dining - place setting, how to use your napkin, how to talk to others, how to ask the waiter for things, how to cut meat and eat pasta, etc. I love the humor in this though!
I think these silly how-to videos and PSAs were some of the most clever stuff Glove and Boots ever did. I was hooked on stuff like the candy crush saga video and few things really compared to that era of your videos. I think that's where the heart of the show really was.
2:18 "HEY! I WANT A CHEESEBURGER! AND I WANT IT MEDIUM RARE, BUDDY!" That cracks me up 🤣🤣🤣
LMAO 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@xmenforever4764 hehehehehe
One thing I really hate about American Restaurants it's the tipping system, it's basically an excuse for employers not to pay their employees adequately and blaming the customer for it.
Where I live, Tipping is something special, something you do when you're very very pleased with the service and sometimes it's even rude to tip.
yes and the tip you would leave in the US system is build into the price of your meal
That's a better deal both for the customer and the waiter, the customer gets a package deal with no more obligations or spitburgers, the waiter can work and don't have to worry about cheap tippers.
The tipping system is a bit of a double edged sword. Tipping is important because servers are paid shit but not enough people want to try and change the system. A really good server can make a ton of money on tips that would be more than a typical wage would pay so some workers like it but it's unreliable income. The other side to that is shitty servers get tips because it's compulsory and not deserved. The only thing we could do to force change is to collectively stop tipping but that just hurts the servers until either legislation forces employers to post fair wages or the employers use good wages as incentive to work there.
Yeah, people have this excuse that tipping makes food cheaper. But that's bollocks, you can have cheap food AND not require tipping, they're not mutually exclusive.
Tipping should be something special to reward good effort, not something mandatory.
***** There are state to state differences in wage law that would make employer liability differ.
example: in MA, the minimum wage is $8.00/hr. In MA tipped staff may be paid $2.63/hr. If you don't make the equivalent of $8/hr INCLUDING your tips your employer has to make up the difference of only $5.37/hr. The employer is not required to pay the difference if the employee makes it up in tips. So if a server makes $8.01/hr including tips the employer isn't required to pay additional wages at all.
It is impossible to live on $8/hr in MA. No other type of employer pays minimum wages in MA. Manual labor jobs, retail, office staff all make well over minimum but of all the servers i know and interact with all get paid minimum. It's a bad system.
Also, while they have the opportunity to make more than the minimum through the tip system, it's typically not enough. It's unreliable income and nobody should have to worry about paying their rent because someone decided they weren't going to tip.
I love it when they leave in puppeteer laughter!
I love the Alice's Restaurant reference at the end. It was just perfect.
Thank you for making these. Everyone needs to watch these, because apparently people don't have common sense any more.
If you haven't already, can you make one about interacting with people who work retail? As a retail salesman, sometimes customers treat me like a second class citizen...
I hope your boss treats you well.
***** Oh he does, but some customers... Luckily I have more good customers than rude ones, but I there are some days...
I literally just took of my shoes and shirt and sat in front of the computer with a plate of bolognese on my stomach to watch something cool. Then 0:47 came along xD
1:15 No, stop it!
I love that line.
But you forgot the most important rule!
Always eat your candy bars with a fork and knife.
Or you'll be forever shunned by society.

I wish all the people who came into Panera followed this video.
Freaking yes! I work there too, and it's horrible how bad people act, you should go on Twitter to paneraprobs
Cool. I'll check it out!
Molly Ray how badly do they act?
Idk how to explain it, there's just something about going to a restaurant that makes people act rude:( thankfully not all of them do.
0:39 I don't think so Mario, I doubt watermelon, pineapple, sausage links, or hot pocket packs go into gumbo
Doesn't go into Gumbo?
You're just not trying hard enough! :D
you must have okra in gumbo... or its not gumbo
"Fafa! I don't think we have the right ingredients for gumbo!"
So did he.

Mario never fails to make me laugh.
How did you get banned from IHOP?
I DONT CARE ITS A ITALIAN RESTERAUNT I WANT A BURRITO

I don't care if it's a British restaurant! I want sushi!
I'm so glad I found a channel that makes me crack up so much like this one.
If you turn on auto subtitles it says
The chef the person that makes your poop.
+Hannah Sokolowski funny i saw the same thing when i turn on mine
It's kinda true
mine doesn't
Even worse is that my English captions said "the cock" instead of the cook
*Kiwwerwabbit* they kinda do because they make the food you poop out
Maybe I'm just American, but I picked up on this stuff just growing up. How many people really have these problems?
Whoooooosh. :)
actually MOST of people ((
Keep digging.
“There goes my soufflé!” I have been laughing at that part for 5 minutes!
Thank You Glove and Boots. 30 Years as a Restauranteur and I've seen it all. I am 51 now and I must say the first 25 years not so bad. The last 5 have been the toughest with the hard economic from 2009. You have to Kiss Ass to survive with the competition. And even if you're a popular establishment many things can happen to make you unpopular and fast. Mostly competition and economy. But if your staff don't have there hearts and souls in it, it will show.
Why does Mario wear a shirt, but Fafa doesn't?
Mario looks weirrrrrrrd without a t-shirt,
Better to ask why Mario wears a shirt, but no pants.
I love that you guys cracked up on the last line, it was such a zinger! :'D
The roaring gorilla at the beginning of the video is the sound effect of Ursa from Dota 2!
I'm just like you, Fafa. Very polite and kind.
And guys: remember to tip even if your food isn't cooked enough or whatever because that's not the waiter's fault.
Except when it is and they didn't write it down (yes this has happened).
So you get there and the food sucks and you can't even eat it and still have to tip?
Peter Piper Yup. Waiters shouldn't suffer for the chef's mistakes.
Peter Piper No, if they mess up your food order, you can have it sent back. I struggled with this the first time, but basically 9 years ago when I was about 13 I was at an open air restaurant and they served me bad food.
I had ordered a pizza because I was young and boring back then, when I received it, I began eating and realised there was about enough tomato sauce on it to cover only 1/2 of the pizza. It had so little tomato, I thought several parts tasted like cheesy bread that had been cooked next to pile of tomato sauce, rather than actually having tomato sauce on it.
I hated it, so my Dad told me to ask for a pizza with more tomato sauce. Since my family is English, I felt bad for doing this, but my Dad insisted this was how it was in the states. So I did and they replaced the pizza without fuss.
I did tip a bit extra and let the waiter know I appreciated the professional way they corrected my order, but that was my personal choice because I was honestly impressed. The waiter seemed surprised and thanked me. It seemed to me like she was surprised to see a 13 year old who wasn't spoiled.
Now keep in mind that I rarely do this, but there have been at least 2 occasions since then where I've sent it back. If it's an honest mistake and they're seriously apologetic and gracious enough to correct it, then I'm happy to wait and even tip a little extra. I've never experienced a case where they refused to replace my meal at no extra charge.
"You put a shirt on." PRICELESS!
That was great. My favorite bits are always the one where I can hear you guys laughing in the background. Keep up the great work! I'm always excited to watch your content!
This is classic glove and boots, and what glove and boots is all about
3:09 In Italy, we have the "3 P" rule. With your hands you can eat Pizza, Pollo, Pane (translated: pizza, chicken and bread)
What about fries? You can't eat fries with knife and fork...
Cranky Cool a cool fact about that is they did originate in France but when they got to america they were renamed freedom fries because it was WW1 or WW2 cant remember which one
"Fries are France not Italy. Hence the name French fries..."
-Cranky Cool , 2014
BOOM
grant walker Actually there is dispute as to whether they originated in France or Belgium. And the name was changed to Freedom Fries in 2003 by then Committee of House Administration Bob Ney as his way to stick it to France for not supporting the Iraq war. Incidentally, French Doors were renamed to Freedom Doors around the same time. But after almost everyone stopped supporting the Iraq war, the name quietly died out.
James Allen France, Belgium, same thing, They're both just there for English and Germans to settle their differences.
I dare you to make a movie theater etiquette
Yes, PLEASE!
They did now check it out
I did
I couldn't believe they really did it!
They do listen to requests. lol
Victory screech!
I miss this channel
i miss these guys
1. Make up your mind on what you want while you're waiting in line. Don't wait until the server or cashier calls you and then you think about what you want. The menu is there for a reason.
2. If you're ordering food for your group, get their order FIRST then get in line and order your food. Don't ask them from across the room!
3. Have your cash or payment ready after you place your order. Don't take up to 5 minutes to get your money out after you've placed your order. Jack*sses.
4. Check your attitude at the door. Don't snap at the server/cashier who's serving you and has not upset you in anyway. If they have, tell a manager.
5. If the restaurant doesn't have what you want, don't start an argument about why they should. The people working there are just doing their job and have no control over how the restaurant should be run. Just calmly look for another restaurant that does have what you want.
that little laugh 4:27 XD
These suggestions should be posted in every restaurant.
Oh thats a GREAT idea for the next video... Delivery Etiquette!!!
you can't order chicken wings on your pizza? what kind of hellish world is this!?
You kinda can.. but it's pretty expensive.
You can get that kind of pizza at Cici's Pizza.
"Oh, and tip your waiter." Oh, America.
I'm with Mario on forgetting that part (because I'm poor)
I don't want them to spit in my food so yes I always tip. Exception being if the waiter was absolutely awful.
Aren't you eating the food before tipping?
Spoods The Milkman Uh… it's not just America. Not by any stretch of the imagination.
Yisrael H It's different in America, it's the only place where it's expected of you.
I miss you guys
You Know What? This Is My most Favorite Glove and Boots Video! :D
OMG! Fafa is NAKED!!!
Nah, he's wearing his fur coat.
"This is the easiest part. Just pay and leave. But you have to do both. You can't leave and not pay, and you can't pay and not leave." Why does that part crack me up so much?
I'm wondering that too!
lol I laughed so hard when Mario sat in a char with someone in it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
according to the closed captions, the chef is the person that makes you poop
That could be true if you're in a Mexican restaurant.
No shirt and no shoes?? Meh, at least I don't have to wear pants, then...
I don't understand about tipping. I've never tipped anyone in my life. Can someone explain to me why tipping is important. I live in a small rural town in Australia so I'm not being a jerk about not tipping people. You would get weird looks if you tried to give someone a tip here.
Its not. Its a western practice where restaurant owners have socially forced the customers to pay their own staff for them. It is in every sense, social welfare.
***** We have laws here that prevent Employers from underpaying their employees. Doesn't America have laws like that?
EweChewBrrr they have laws that give restaurant owners exceptions to paying their staff fair wages, because of tips.
Min wave average is about 7.50. Waiters are legally allowed to be paid around 3 dollars an hour because they have the opportunity to get tips.
***** That's ridiculous! It sounds like the government is trying to eradicate that form of work by massively underpaying the people. Is it only in the restaurant field or are there other sectors of the work force affected by this too?
EweChewBrrr mainly restaurants. This isnt new, its been like this since the 30's i think.
Other places where you should tip in america are for food deliveries (but not package deliveries), getting your hair cut, and sometimes college kids at coffee shops beg for tips too. Pretty much any job a college kid works at they beg for tips at.
I Totally Lost it when Mario Accidentally flushed his Soufflé down the Toilet!!!🤣
Maybe instead of eating out, Mario and Fafa could just order their food from a restaurant to go.
1:34 BOMBS AWAY!
How Did You Get Banned From The IHOP
Well, they usually draw the line when you try to Shoot-Up, or Smoke a Blunt, or Crystal, right at the table!
the subtitles say the waiter is the one that makes you poop
Just found this channel and I gotta say, your content is awesome! Keep up the good work!
1:05 the english captions say the Cook makes you poop HAHAHA
+Sam “Satchan” Chang 1:34 "don't think that any of them think" lol.
I've always hated tipping. It always make me so uncomfortable, knowing that quite a few waiters are heavily dependent upon tips just to make ends meet, but knowing at the same time that they haven't really done anything than just bring my food to the table. And then the amount you're supposed to tip is also quite vague, plus that you're a student with limited money also. ARRRGH, I just wish restaurants would include the tip in the advertised price.
I'm a waitress! I CAN HELP! Tipping should be 15% of the entire bill. So say your bill was 25$: 2.50 is 10% of that, so then add another dollar or two! That should be around 15% :) But if you honestly feel like service was bad, leave a tip under 10%. Hopefully your server will realize they were at fault and do better in the future. And I know students have little money, but even still, if you can afford to go out to eat you should be able to afford to leave a tip. That should always be part of the bill. Prepare in advance. Good tippers and nice customers are worshipped at restaurants.
Waiters do a lot more than "just bring your food to the table." If you've never worked in a restaurant, obviously, you wouldn't know this. You'd be extremely surprised what is asked of, and what they deal with.
AKNismo You're right I've never worked at a restaurant, I'd imagine waiters/waitresses would have to clean, take out trash, help open, and all sorts of other misc. tasks. However, I cannot understand why a restaurant's waiter/waitress should get tips when the people who work at retail or fast food places don't. The only difference that I see is that the waiters/waitresses would be bringing the food to you. I work as a contractor, and hell if I ask for tips, I turn it down outirght. I can't imagine I'm doing anything more than the job description. My understanding was that tips are to encourage the best customer experience, but I've never actually felt as though my dining experience was any different from that of a fast food restaurant in any meaningful manner. I hope to god I'm not coming across as a prick, I would have no qualms if there was a standardized tip that wasn't shown to customers but included in the price of food.
Yay! I was worried because you didn't upload anything for 3 weeks or something! Keep up the good work!
I cant believe that Ive never heard of them. Theyre hilarious!
0:09 - 0:14 Sounds like my family reunions.
Shall we discuss this over a *bLoOmiNG oNiOn*
In many European countries it's considered impolite to tip the waiter
hectorae86 In many European countries it's considered impolite not to tip the costumer.
As always, great stuff from Glove and Boots.
Yoo should do driving etiquette
Who takes food with them into the bathroom?
some fatasses who cant put there plate down for one second.
Whats the background-music at 1:28?
I love that you have Takeshi Kaga in the image. Yeah for the Original Iron Chef.
The best thing about watching a comedy video is that it eases your nerves after you decide to watch the entire horror/supsense film trailer that played before it instead of hitting the "skip" button. (mumble grumble freaking Phoenix Forgotten...)
Has anyone ever been sent to jail for staying too long at a restaurant after paying before?
1:05 turn on English auto caption for a present surprise.
lol i got: that's the person that makes you poop!
0:40 🎵 I know that you know that I’m not telling the truth! 🎵
that is the beauty of takeout, no tip, you can get the food you didn't have to cook at home with the people you actually like and use your own bathroom.
Farts... you forgot them so they are a-ok
of course they are :D nice channel btw
wow, I din't believe it, but your channel actually is pretty nice!
Could you guys make a Fast Food Etiquette video? I think it'd be important since the workers there get a lot less respect than people at hosted restaurants sadly.
becuse usaly annoying Highschool kids flipping burgers or secend jobs.. if thats your coreer choice. im sorry son, 99 problems but your not one. you fail at life.
straightjacket219
And this is why we need a Fast Food Etiquette video.
Fast food is good as a first job, but if you're not a manager you'll want to get out quick. I spent 9 months at an Arbys, I liked my time there, and didn't have too many problems with people being jerks. But I saw people get very angry at coworkers, and coworkers get angry at other people. It's all about the way you interact with the customers. Being polite, and showing you want to help can get you through a lot of tough situations. With the right attitude you can even enjoy it. If you don't have that attitude then you'd better learn to cook.
Also, as etiquette to cashiers at fast food: read off the order before finalizing it. It gives your cooks extra time, and gives your customer a chance to make sure you got the order right.
Double thumbs for the Iron Chef. One up the other in my soup.
"You can get anything you want at Bento's restaurant" - Blento Box
Nice chest hair, Mario. Very European!
"Very European!"
???????????
It's a joke. I'm apparently older than you.
You make a assumption. It is certainly a joke about a cliché, but I'm european (the reason of ???). But you are so proud to explain? It does't sadden me so far. I count on Fafa now!
Not sure what to say about it, really. Once upon a time there was a stereotype in America about European men having hairy chests and proudly displaying them. Old men in Speedos on the French Riviera and whatnot. It's perceived as overly macho.
In The Netherlands we do not tip
aww man
fafa ardolino It's an American thing. Prohibition severely impacted profits from alcohol sales at restaurants, so waiters took pay cuts, or sometimes no pay. So tipping came along. In most cases back then it was literally all they got money wise. And the practice stuck around since owners didn't want to pay wait staff well.
You mean YOU don't tip.
Absolutely love your guys' channel. Wish you guys could post more vids from time to time though
OMG KAGA TAKESHI IS IN THE PICTURE FRAME!! XD I love him when he played the villain in Ultraman Zearth!
How much for the women?
100 for full, 50 handy, 200 for anal.
Why doesn't Fafa wear any shirts?
He has fur instead.
+Sneakydiamond That's what she said.
My dad would learn a thing or two from Fafa's restaurant etiquette guide.
Love the Iron Chief picture!
What happened at the IHOP?
The Mutton Chop Gamer
hey /fondled the waitress
People who order a dish with multiple substitutions are the worst.
Agreed. If you don't like what the dish comes with, order something else.
John McMillen Because god forbid those of us with food allergies and other health issues eat in public, right? Most of us are not doing it to make your job harder and I work in customer service, too, and know people can be annoying but working with food... it bugs me when servers like you guys roll your eyes at me or don't take it seriously, and then I get my food and it's not how I ordered because depending on severity of conditions you could put someone in the hospital.... so it may be annoying but get over it. I had a manager lose her job and face possible legal problems because we were out of some sugar free item and in a bad mood, she lied to customer who needed to have sugar free items. She gave the woman a regular item and the women ended up having a seizure in our parking lot! So please try to remember that next time you want to get all bitchy over substitutions.
anyastazya And before it's said, I do know there are some places I can't eat... or can't eat without medication like anyone with food allergies knows, too. But I should be able to ask for some level of reasonable understanding when I ask for certain items not be included in my food. And usually I'll ask nicely first "Hey, can I get this item without the --?" and if not, move on.
anyastazya i agree
anyastazya
Do not get me wrong. If you have serious food allergies I was not referring to you. I do not want you to die so obviously if you are allergic to something do let your server know about that. I was referring to people like the example in the video who order one thing and by the time they are done with the substitutions. Like ordering a deluxe bacon cheeseburger and saying you don't want the cheese or the bacon or other things that make it a deluxe. So basically you want a burger which we also have on the menu. Genius!
"What are we? the Kennedys all of a sudden?" the best.
i love mario he's the best and this video made me laugh with mario doing his funny things
