I used them for the last year for tying materials.
The thread they sell called Royal Sissi is just as good as the other 2 big threads available.

I've ordered a few things from Temu and had no problem with quality or quantity . . . My wife loved the four blouses I ordered for her . . . Temu has been sending me e-mails saying they now have warehouses in the U.S. so shipping shouldn't take that long anymore . . . hopefully . . . they're probably still stocking them up but shouldn't be too long.

I agree 1000%. I use WISH, Itried TEMU, and the website felt like I was playing a video game!
WISH is easy to use, and I have made easily over 100 purchases from them. I ordered some clothing for my wife by the size chart and even ordered larger ... all the items were to small. I texted to WISH and explained this, I had my $42 refunded within 12 hours !!! I recently ordered some mylar tinsel tubing for Fly tying that was supposed to be 2 meters. It was 1 meter, I sent a photo, and I was completely refunded.
    Thanks.

Be careful with Temu! Use a prepaid card not attached to your bank account. My mom and I both had our accounts compromised thru Temu.

When I heard "fly tying" initially I thought of insect bondage.

I have been buying from Temu off and on for the last 6 months. You should be careful noting # of pieces and size. Prices do tend to be very inexpensive. I would say at least 9 out of 10 that I have ordered I have been happy with.

I am new to the hobby and just ordered a decent vise from Amazon. And all of the materials from Temu. Saved a good amount on there.

I haven't. I don't use brass beads very often. So I have ordered any of them.

You closed by saying “I don’t know how they do it”. You might check, or do you care? Things that are too good to be true often are. Do you know what their employees make? Or is just good old American capitalism ripping us off?

Ckamakatsu hooks are not name brand but rather an obvious rip off of Gamakatsu. I'd be very surprised if they were made in Japan as the label says. Likely a blatant lie. Be careful out there, china product is china made.

Man I feel stupid. I didn't catch that. Good eyes. Sad thing I was a cop for 20 years and was a detective for a large portion of that, I guess my attention to detail needs some refreshing. I'm glad you pointed that out.
