Yeah man, I feel ya! I tend to order $100-200 worth of materials each month, Even with all that I only order once every 2 weeks to a month myself. I blow through a lot of materials selling flies. Also on tests for new flies. When making a video on a fly I havent tied before, I probably tie 25-100 of them before I feel im read to film. Which means lots of hooks/materials. Most of the flies I tie on camera are flies ive tied before though, just a few ones that people request you know?

We have a Christian men's fly fishing

I really appreciate your offer John. However I can’t get away from the family that long. I barely can get out for an afternoon to do some fishing right now. Wife and I both work full time, I work from home and she goes to work. I watch the kids while I work from home. Weekends also are no good as those are the days we gotta do laundry, food shopping, etc. right now it’s just non stop with things I gotta do. I really appreciate it though! :)

Thanks man! I will try to keep up the work. I can't tell you how nice it is this month to take a break from fishing videos. It allows me to focus more on the fly tying videos, and make them better. The one coming out at 10AM today, you will see. I was able to adjust my camera for closer shots, and spend more time editing it to make it better. Come August, I will start back up with the fishing vids.
Oh and let me know how the order works out for you. So far everyone has been happy with their customer service including me. But I want to make sure everyone is good for continued working with them.
well an hour after my order I get a text telling me my order has shipped that is cool.
Yeah man! They are awesome! Seriously. I’m not going to name names but a few other online shops I’ve dealt with have bad customer service. They will take 2, 3 days, sometimes a week to ship your order. I had one place take over a month! Lol. My first order with flyartist was shipped out in a few hours like yours was, and my next few were the same. The last order got to me Monday, and I ordered Friday morning. Post office doesn’t operate on Sunday and that means I got the item in just 2 days! Lol
Update on my order, ordered on a Friday and package was at my door Monday evening in western Nebraska. Nice work

Nice man. It'd be great if Fly Artist would offer a basic fly tying kit, with tools, for beginners (without a vise though). Maybe different packages for the different targeted species.
Funny you say that, I actually have been suggesting that for a while. However I think what we settled on would be for me to make a video discussing what a good way to start would be. Like most important tools to get, and what basic ones are better. That way its not a set kit per say, but you can piece together a kit, and possibly save money, or upgrade a specific item like a bobbin or something. You know what I mean?

Yeah man. Risen had some amazing deals on jig hooks and tungsten beads. And Dooleys had name brand tying materials. So yeah, you will get some great deals anyway. Better actually than the last place I was working with that I talked about on this video.

Now for the best priced for the money, piscifun is coming out with a new rod soon for $40 roughly. It’s decent. And their sword reel is $60. So for about $100, you got a decent setup.
