Uhuru was given a similar mandate under chan to build a stadium. He couldn't even rennovate a stadium on time leave alone build one.
To make matters worse He banned football and swindled funds through the caretaker committee.
If he was still president our world cup girls would be selling fish in kibandas.
Stop being an entitled brat and be grateful Ruto is making an effort. Tanzanias mkapa stadium was built on Chinese grants but Ruto has opted to use funds internally.
