There are a lot of ancient forces returning to Runeterra. The Watchers, The Shadow Isles, The World Runes, Skarner, Aurelion Sol, The Aspects of Targon, The Void stirring in Icathia and other things i have not yet caught up on.

The Countess yea over the past 2-3 years the games audience has changed a lot so dark characters don’t do as well unfortunately. Even Kayn is hardly dark. I was totally expecting Burzum level stuff when I saw this trailer... tho I may have gotten ahead of myself with that one
