What you missed is that Alex now streams more regularly and this is a short part of one of his GTA streams (hence the donation overlay thing). Alex' streams are open to everyone so there is just a random assortment of FailRace viewers in these races.
Sorry for the stream overlays on this, have been using obs rather than the elgato software lately and didn't realise it records differently
