I've found a way how to make fluffy French toast.
2 slices white bread
2 eggs
50 ml milk
1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instruction
Beat 2 eggs with salt, sugar, milk, and ground cinnamon.
Trim off the bread crusts.
Soak the bread with the egg mix. Stack 2 breads.
Heat the pan to low-medium heat add unsalted butter.
Place the bread in the pan. Flip and fry all sides.
Serve with syrup or honey.

I do give the bread a quick dip in the egg mix before I put it on the griddle ✝️

I leave the crust on because after I put the slices on the griddle I take a spoon and gently put the remaining egg mix on the bread before I flip it. The crust helps keep the egg mix on the bread. Do it slowly and be patient. The bread will absorb all the mix , you can trim the crust after if you want. Add a little vanilla to the egg mix.✝️✌️

How do I know when the egg inside is cooked?

It won't be. Try using a meat thermometer. If the middle is 170*+ it's cooked. Or just do a single slice of bread 🍞
