    I have a feeling this will be a very, very short trial. That was almost more like a closing argument then an opening.

    Such a thing might be a little sensationalistic, but I would have liked to have seen shots of the defendant's reactions as the prosecutor's narrative was presented.

    Dubuque, Iowa 120 miles away from Brooklyn,Iowa. ( 1hour drive) Dalton Jack.What hotel did he stay at?
    Newton,Iowa 47 miles away from Brooklyn,Iowa. ( 30-35 minute drive) Blake Jack but he had to be out of town Tuesday-Friday??? But his story changed many times too.
    This makes no sense. Yet he drove to Ames,Iowa to help Allie get her key's out of her locked car.
    Ames,Iowa 97 miles away from Brooklyn,Iowa, (55 minutes to 1 hour) Allie H or now Jack, was gone for work/class/lost track of the story. She locked her keys in her car, had Blake go up to Ames Iowa to unlock it?? Is there no POP A Lock company up in Ames that does this? Blake can drive north 50 some miles to unlock car but can't go home and take care of his Dogs???

    • @maryb6672
      @maryb6672 3 года назад

      Neither your mileage nor your driving times r correct. I’m sure you just miscalculated it, which is easy to do. Dubuque to Brooklyn is 139 miles-the fastest route, without traffic, is 2 hr & 11 min & the other 2 routes r 2 hr & 19 mins & 2 hr & 29 mins. For someone to make this drive within an hour, they would have to be going OVER 120mph, the entire way, every mile. Averaging 130mph. For 139 miles. That’s impossible. Blake Jack got off work @ 7PM, hence even if he drove straight to Brooklyn from leaving work, he wouldn’t have been there until at least 9:15PM. Which is WAY past the time Rivera claimed 2 men showed up in his house. Just thought you’d appreciate having correct factual info. Have a great day!
