Am I the only one bothered about some of the personal questions these witnesses get asked? What does it matter how many children do they have or their private address for everyone to know and to get published on RUclips...? I would not like it if it was me
Main purpose is to put the witness at ease by asking easy questions they can answer with little hesitation and strong confidence. Starting with heavy questions may result in delayed response and many other negatives that may affect the response. imho.
@@miklotube I understand. I just think they should be asking other kind of questions not about the age of their children, an address or other personal things. If I was a witness I would not like to be giving this private information away on a trial and later posted on RUclips.
@@curiouscat8624 I agree but at the very least they should censor the addresses. Who knows what weirdo is watching these videos on RUclips. If it were me I'd say I don't feel comfortable giving my address.
This guys a creeper 👀 id have been terrified if hed had jogged behind me Why i always take my 110 lb Doberman with me These guys are terrified of him!!
Are you this naive? Do you think the defense didn't consider that strategy already? If they didn't choose that route it's precisely because it wasn't plausible, because it never happened!!!
waiting for the comment on this video from the girl who comments on all the videos of how vulnerable and taken advantage of, this murderer is............
@Love Always yes police, they knew all along where the body was but decided to frame a guy they didn't know existed prior. It's all a giant conspiracy where everyone in law enforcement got together to fabricate a lie to pin on a poor unknown illegal.
Ugh. That’s all I hear. It’s driving me nuts... glad someone else said it. Regardless of region, it’s just wrong. Not trying to be a grammar nazi, but “whenever” and “when” do not have the same meaning. So annoying.
Can someone explain how did the interview go from "He stated he had seen a female runner 3 times and then go to his uncle's home.." to "Next morning, the interview continued in the vehicle, went to his house, and then end up in the cornfield, where the body is located.."??? There is a BIG GAP here!!
Is it just me or did the fact he specifically said the defendant didn’t need an attorney seem a bit odd? Especially for a federal agent about to put him into custody.
Maybe it’s grimacing and not smiling.. I don’t think that anyone in the trial has been particularly happy and jovial.. at least from what I have watched.
Why is it that in all the thumbnails of this trial, people are smiling widely. It is weird and i will probably not watch it. Really weird and offensive. 😖😖😖
@Love Always let’s just say your right about this, it’s good having people stick up for you. There is this murder case where I live that I believe an innocent man is in jail. So I’m not saying your wrong. This is just my opinion in this case.
@Love Always you wouldn’t know of the case it’s in another country. I do know a bit about false confessions, I follow a lot of true crime. But in this case I believe he did it. But opinions are not facts so if I’m wrong, I’m wrong.
I don't see him looking regretful. The look I see is him looking like he's trying to intimidate the witnesses. Especially the women witnesses and the Jack boys.
The prosecutor seems weak, inexperienced, and unconvincing--the good thing going for him are the facts and evidence, but especially the confession, otherwise, this prosecutor would easily LOSE this case!!!!
I don't believe the defended did anything. I think they targeted him because he is. Immigrant. They told him he didn't need a lawyer unless he was guilty of something. They pinned this on him. PERIOD
Wow they did a canvas but they only took dna from hispanics that worked at the farm hope that those guys that they took dna from don't get slapped with a crime 😳

Pamela Romero is such a professional.
And beautiful as well.
CBR deserves the same treatment he gave Mollie

@Love Always police can't coerce someone into leading them to the location of a body when they don't know the location first.
Are you this naive? Do you think the defense didn't consider that strategy already? If they didn't choose that route it's precisely because it wasn't plausible, because it never happened!!!
He is guilty, but why does the boyfriend seem suspicious also
The boyfriend does NOT seem suspicious. At all.
Well imagine not being on good terms with someone you truly do love dearly and they get murdered while you are out of town! Can you say HOT MESS!
STOP POSTING THUMBNAILS OF PEOPLE SMILING!! IT’S NOT APPROPRIATE!!!!
You are, now, the 3rd person to notice that. I will not watch this. It is creepy and offensive. 🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎
Is it a coincidence that all the thumbnails for this matter have people smiling?
It’s definitely not a coincidence. It seems like the guy who runs this channel has a sick sense of a joke
case of Duping Delight perhaps…
I was about to say the same thing so weird
Makes me want to puke
I was thinking the same thing. It’s disgusting to me.

oh she's here. See two comments down...lol. A true fan. I guess if you don't speak English, then you can't commit a crime.
You mean the bleeding heart liberal?
@Love Always oh, he was just lucky when he showed the PD where he dumped the body.
@Love Always yes police, they knew all along where the body was but decided to frame a guy they didn't know existed prior. It's all a giant conspiracy where everyone in law enforcement got together to fabricate a lie to pin on a poor unknown illegal.
@Love Always shocker! No DNA found on a body found decomposed in a corn field a month later. You're right. I guess that means he's innocence.
...why does the lawyer keep using the word “whenever” instead of “when” while questioning witnesses? Annoying
Different parts of the U.S. use words differently?? Doy.

The thumbnails should not show every witness smiling. Wtf.
Exactly. Nobody should watch this. It. is. weird. and. offensive.

I believe it’s because parts of the interview (confession) had to be redacted from the trail
Jesus, this attorney acting like he can't understand his own witness... 🙄 So unprofessional.

@Love Always He led law enforcement to Mollie’s body. How would you explain that?
Hey, defense attorney girl, the defendant wants to go jogging with you right after the trial.
Let her do her job
Lol
He looks regretful at most times,to late for that of course!
I don't see him looking regretful. The look I see is him looking like he's trying to intimidate the witnesses. Especially the women witnesses and the Jack boys.
Not looking good for defense. I bet every juror is watching him intently during this testimony. Let’s see what happens at cross.
I'd like to be that federal agent retiring in July after 25 yrs. He looking at a big fat pension!
@Love Always they have the real killer.
@Love Always what are you, a groupie? I bet you have a picture of Richard Ramirez on your wall.
