What should I talk about next? Comment it here!
please do toonami! TOM was my childhood and i wish blockhosts were more common.
You could do a series of "The Evolution of" and cover other channels like: History Channel, Discovery, Nickelodeon, etc
I was thinking of doing something similar!
Tlc
History channel
@@10KProductionsplease do a evaluation of history channel
History Channel would be a quick vid. It can be summed up in 3 steps. "Hey, remember Hitler?", "Is this history?", "I'm not saying it's aliens..." The end.
being the child of a neglectful alcoholic father, Adult Swim was a safe haven for me back in the day and I will always appreciate it for that.
I’m feeling sorry for you bro. Hope you’re in a safe place now 😊
I'm beyond excited that Metalocalypse will finally have a proper ending
Same. Their new song kicks.
Despite not being for kids, I found space ghost: coast to coast when i was 10 years old at a slumber party at a friend's house in 1997. I have been addicted ever since! It became my absolute favorite show, I used to make my mom record it on vhs when I was gone and everything. I wish I still had those VHS tapes!
I also used to record [AS] on my TV/VHS combo TV 😅😂
Lots of Robot Chicken lol
Damn that show was and still is trash all these years later. Boring as hell show put me to sleep
Ahh the golden years of Adult Swim - Space Ghost (both Coast to Coast and the other one I can’t remember the name of), Home Movies, The Brak Show, Aqua Teens, Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, Sealab, etc. I miss them. Some current stuff is ok, but those were always my favs.
Don't forget anime like Cowboy Bebop and Inuyasha
BRAK SHOW!! I love everything about it, so much awesomeness! His dad, c'mon...so funny
@@Magnum3144 Mother, did you move my chair?
Space Ghost Coast to Coast is my favorite show of all time and defiantly helped form my sense of humor. Growing up in the 90s and 2000s with this show was amazing and seeing how it inspired other shows when Adult Swim became a thing made it even better. Thank you for this video man, keep up the great work!
I'm sad that my favorite adult swim cartoon was plagued with delays and such. Hopefully The Venture Bros ends well with the movie at the end of the month
I’m excited. Venture bros was one of those shows that never got enough buzz behind it for some reason despite being one of the most well written shows on adult swim.
I’m so pumped for that movie
"All kids out of the water!" " It's time for Adult Swim!"
I was hoping to hear this soundbite, I can still hear it
not enough videos cover old adult swim shows and their early years. appreciate you making this
Boondocks social commentary is spot on
Been watching Adult Swim since the beginning and I'd say you nailed it right on. Very astute observations all around. Thanks for the great vid!
Great video! I remember the adult swim bumper as a kid scared me because I thought I would get in trouble.
I can't believe Home Movies only aired 5 episodes on UPN. I distinctly remember watching it on UPN when I was in high school. That's a mind blower.
One of my favorite animated shows forgotten to time from Adult Swim is Assy McGee, which I was happy to see clips from in this video
Damn that show was the definition of hot garbage on a summer day
Oh man oh man, Mission Hill...such a good show!! I forgot all about that, thank you for bringing back such wonderful memories from my earlier years. I fell in love with Adult Swim back in '96 and The Brak Show is hands down the best show ever with Birdman close behind...but Mission Hill, gonna go back and watch it now. THANK YOU so much
It holds up and that intro song by Cake kicks
@@10KProductions woah, that is Cake doing the theme song isn't it? This is my first time piecing that together. Great band.
I still watch Mission Hill definitely a classic inside and out
I was there on day one. Still have a stack of videos I recorded of every night. Good time to be alive.
Also SGC2C for life! Miss that show. Got a tat of him lol
Aqua Teen, Xavier Renegade and Moral Orel gotta be the best [AS] shows, binging all these shows because I didn’t watch them back then luckily HBO got majority of Adult Swim shows.
You could do "the evolution of" MTV cartoons!
Nice vid got my attention rq, new sub🤝🏻
sweet vid!
Since this video was so well-made, I feel as if I'm obligated to espouse two shows I didn't hear mentioned or see any clips of:
*'Xavier: Renegade Angel' & 'Drinky Crow'*
Great review
Space goes to so legendary that I had to pause the video and go watch the David Cross Bob odenkirk episode. Because you were nostalgiaing me.
Brings back memories is staying up late and elementary school to watch.
It blows my mind it's nearly 25 years old now.
Thank God For Adult Swim Because Back Then I hated Nick at Nite reruns of shows I saw during the day airing at night like I Dream Of Jeannie and Bewitched also Mork and Mindy Adult Swim Is King
AQUA TEEN FOREVER!!!
Nice break down
The nostalgia of this vid almost killed me
i have to be one of the only kids who liked KOTH i loved watching it with my mom
Aw. My kid likes it, too. We watch it every night. 😊
@@willowleigh1786 aw as someone who was once that kid they are now forever attached to that show and will forever love it its easily my biggest comfort show
I did because my dad liked it. He still does and we still watch it together.
Flintstones was from the 60s and was definitely for adults. They straight up had ads for cigarettes
You bring up surreal, abstract, and social commentary yet never mention world peace or Tim and Eric
Cartoon Network + 1990s/early 2000s MTV Animation + Nick at Night = Adult Swim(that’s how I describe it as)
Looking forward to the Metalocalypse ending and Smiling Friends season 2
"No kids in the pool"
venture brothers is highly underated
Adult swim was god tier content
Tuca and Bertie should have stayed, but it wasn't just the decision of Zaslav that ended it's time on AS, but also Tiffany Haddish who turned out to be evil person
How u gonna put boondocks and Rick & morty in the thumbnail and not talk bout it tryna clickbait us
bro got the grandpa kitchen intro
Hey has anyone saw the guy from home movies was in clearance. I think 12 oz mouse had a cameo in ok ko correct me if I'm wrong.
Assey McGee was such a fever dream . Barely anyone remember it’s lol
live action and adultswim dont fit like a glove the animated stuff does.
And what new show has there been in years not a sungle one
Smiling Friends, Primal, My Adventures with Superman, YOLO
Ren and Stimpy! Liquid television! The MaXX! Aeon Flux! Bruh!
Damn, forgot about Sealab?
Next rewatch and rank every parks and rec episode
I have another huge ranking video coming relatively soon, it’s not parks and rec quite yet but maybe eventually!
What is it
Best AS show of all time is Moral Orel and I will die with that opinion
12 Oz. Mouse
I hate most adult swim shows I've seen. Robot Chicken is ok, Eric Andre is ok, Boondocks is hilarious, and Venture Bros looks promising. Otherwise, I mostly watch it for American Dad, Bob's Burgers, Futurama, Unicorn Warriors Eternal, My Adventures with Superman, and Toonami.
You don't like Aqua Teen Hunger Force?
@@williebroughton5620 I saw a little bit of it and hated what I saw. I never saw a full episode.
Hmmm...try sealab, or Harvey Birdman. Those at least have huge actors in them voicing characters, which makes it a little easier to accept the silliness. Sealab has Eric Estrada and Ernest Borgnine while Birdman has Stephen Colbert. Both funny as hell and worth a try. 🤞
Early 2000s and 2010 only good rime on adult swim
I thought Family Guy got cancelled because of the cancer joke.
W
AS was great got amazing but has slowly been going down hill in the past 10 yrs
Nice viD
