Hey Olivier, thanks for the nice shoutout and for showing your Quo collection. In fact you have some pressings I still don´t have haha. Nice french copies of Greasy Spoon (their 3rd album btw) and Blue For You (still with hype sicker, wow). The In My Chair I have on black vinyl. I highly recommend you getting a copy of the "Quo" album from 1974, it´s among their best. Take care bro - Ben
Their first two Albums were "Picturesque Matchstickable Messages from The Status Quo and Spare Parts" you have many of the songs from those albums on the Pye records compilations so I would not recommend buying them. The Quo sound came together on Ma Kelly's... so you have the most important records. There are two I would advise you to add if you find them. "Quo" and the "live "album from 1977 also there was a live E P with Roll Over Lay Down from about this time. You have collected the best of their output. Well done.
Yes, as I mentioned in my video I was really surprised when I find out some years ago that they were not really renowned in the US. In Europe it was probably one of the most popular classic rock band in the late 70s and 80s.
Thanks for sharing. Great collection.
Thanks for watching and commenting.
