Logging into Digital Banking for the first time on Desktop.

Welcome to your new Digital Banking experience. In this video, we’ll show you how to log in for the first time.
First, you’ll visit dcu.org and log in using your member number and the last four digits of your social security number (unless you have opened your membership more than three weeks ago and received your PIN - if you have received a PIN, you must use this to complete the process). If you are an existing member that has not logged in since March 7th, 2022, please log in using your existing password. We’ll also ask you to verify your identity, read and accept DCU’s E-Sign and Digital Banking Agreements, and confirm your contact information.
Once your setup is complete, you can access your insights, your accounts, manage payments, and much more.
