Logging into the Digital Banking App.

Welcome to your new Digital Banking experience. In this video, we’ll show you how to log into the app for the first time.
First, you’ll visit the app store you regularly use on your tablet or mobile device to download the DCU app. Then, we’ll ask you to log in using your member number and the last four digits of your social security number (unless you have opened your membership more than three weeks ago and received your PIN - if you have received a PIN, you must use this to complete the process). If you are an existing member that has not logged in since March 7th, 2022, please log in using your existing password. We’ll also ask you to verify your identity, read and accept DCU’s E-Sign and Digital Banking Agreements, and confirm your contact information.
Once your setup is complete, you can access your insights, your accounts, manage payments, and much more.
