Love this! Not enough ASMR gets deeper like this… and love that you hit letting go. Letting go is the core technique / method / strategy, whatever you want to call it.. that really gets below the surface level to bit by bit release us from the egos vice grip hold on our conscious awareness.

@@ASMR-healing this time of year is very hard for me. I was really close to my grandmother. I was 10. (11-13-1973) She passed away on 12-23-1983. I was also close with my grandfather. I vaguely remember him but I have a lot of pictures of him and I. I was 4 years old. He passed away on 12-22-1977. I know I'll never get over it. I miss them so much.

@@laurianntheresaelizabethra1113 losing people we love is one of the hardest parts of life, imo. I heard someone once say that you never get "over" it, but you can get "by" it, meaning we integrate it and it becomes a part of us, in a way. I try and focus on the love I felt for the people I've lost at least as much as the pain I feel over losing them. It's like the chocolate and vanilla "swirl" of soft serve ice cream. The love and pain are kind of swirled up together. This might sound odd, but I think there's some beauty in that. Sending you love, I hope that the next few weeks are as gentle on your heart as possible ❤
