To some of these winners, their lowest point inside HK is what helped them propel into winning. When Rock(S3) hit Rock Bottom, he pulled it together, and remembered that he was doing it for his family. Dave(S6) broke his hand, and persevered, showing a die hard attitude. Scott(S12) being nominated more than any other winner didn’t stop him from succeeding, and never gave up, unlike Joy. Even Michelle(S17) & Ariel(S18) who got a second chance, made the most, and won.
If there is a silver lining, it’s that a true winner learns from their mistakes, becomes a better person, and ultimately a winner.

I think Flynn might forgetting some of the winner's mistakes :
-Heather cooked spaghetti too early even when no one ordered it and Ramsay called her about that and threatened her to get kicked out. And it happened on Season 3 by Josh with his unlimited spaghettis but he got kicked out for delivering undercooked risotto and just being bad.
-Scott's first elimination was when he and Chris did really terrible at Italian night and even run out of dough to make Pizza and Ramsay forced them to apologize to customers.
-Besides her terrible signature dish, in one of dinner service, LaTasha had a meltdown in a fish station and somehow she didn't get nominated
-The only mistakes that Meghan ever made was when she sent blue steak to Ramsay and recovered afterwards and when she couldn't explain her menu in front of the guests in Black Jacket Table Side challenge
-Ramsay ever called Ryan Season 16 to speak louder and called her "Quiet Mouse" when she was still in the red team but yeah, I feel sorry for her in the blue team especially how Paulie kept belittled her because he was too salty for Ryan not picking him as his partner at Taste It and Make It challenge
-Michelle liked to sabotage everyone throughout Season 17:
    A. She sabotaged Manda who was on appetizers station and since Manda has a celliac disease, she couldn't taste her pasta, not once but twice! Even Elise had to correct it.
    B. That infamous "HOW ABOUT YOU GIVE ME YOUR SPINACH, MICHELLE?" When Barbie yelled at her over missing spinach
    C. In Quality Control round, she sabotaged Milly on mashed potatoes many times and gave Nick duck sauce instead of lamb sauce.
-In Emoji challenge, Trenton didn't follow the recipe of how to make Fish and Chips properly and go to his own recipe and got yelled at by Ramsay
-Alex pulled a Trev when he forgot to put his sauce on his dish and also served cold crab cakes.

I would quibble with the "men wanting to protect the hot girl" comment about Holli. For one thing, Salvatore was definitely getting eliminated that night no matter what. Ramsay wouldn't have not decided to eliminate him because Holli was nominated instead of Siobhan. Also, I believe the instructions that night were to nominate the weakest overall chefs to that point, not who had the worst dinner service that night. Jason was the one who pointed that out and said there was no way Holli was the weakest.
And Flynn's hate of Michelle winning continues. Such a stupid moment to pick for her, since it was something that really had nothing to do with her performance. You know, maybe it's just me, but is Michelle's win really that disliked by the HK fanbase? Maybe it's because this is the only HK channel that I really follow, but I can't help but think that Flynn is constantly inserting his own opinion for Michelle winning for the entire fanbase's opinion. Please correct me if I'm wrong in thinking that.

Wrong, there was four other people that would’ve been better winners
Russell (if he wasn’t a douche), Jillian (if she had better leadership), Gail (if she didn’t have a downfall), and Vinny (similar to Gail)

Just like Sade with trying to make dog food. I only agree with you about Jill. It makes me sad how badly she was screwed over by Ramsey or producers or whomever.
