    MartialArts can be used as therapy by many moves and exercises. I myself was recoverd from a pain in my knee by starting practising material arts exercises like stretching ones. Thanks again! Have a great day and life!

    Been working the Jo for 20 years. My favorite weapon training. I’ve been doing these stretches that long. Great tool. My Jo is a 5.5 ft 3/4 inch closet pole. I ordered a Jo online. Feels like a twig compared to my closet pole.🤣🤣🤣Merry Christmas Sensei. Live your details of the Principles of Aiki. Oss.

    These stretches are really excellent. Sensei's cold stare is, however, somewhat hard to take! Still a keeper.
