- As you probably already know, we are a cheesecake loving household. I love finding new varieties of yummy cheesecakes to make. I also like to try different preparation methods. In this case, I will be baking the cheesecake. Cheesecake is my favorite!! And, adding chocolate chips... bonus! Yummy!
The cookie bits were really good in it. It's fun to try new additions to traditional desserts.

I've only tried non-baked cheesecake before bc I thought it was too much work. But it's not! it looks so simple and delicious! And chocolate chips too? I'll try next time. Thank you for sharing!
Nothing wrong with no bake cheesecake. I make those a lot, but there is definitely a difference in the no bake and baked. I do think the baked is better, but that's just my opinion. Others may prefer the no bake. You should give it a try at least once and see if you like it.

I’m glad you guys liked it! It looked delicious for sure. I would’ve loved to seen you cut into it though… If I would’ve done that, I would’ve probably just got a spoon and started eating it out of the pan.😂
lol it was really good. Jessie ate most of it. It was much thinner than I expected it to be, but it was nice and rich in flavor so don’t feel it was very noticeable.
Sounds like you have a little pep in your step when recording this one! Looks great, I was waiting for you to slip in some hot pepper at some point! LOL Yes, I read the words, and the secret code is: "IT WAS DELICIOUS! JESSIE LOVED IT!"
LOL no hot peppers this time, but since they were good in that cream cheese dip I made...... yeah I don't think Jessie would like that lol.
