Imitating another Authoritarian Regime is not a good move. My cousin lived in China for over a year in 2022 with her partner who worked for BMW.
At first it was interesting because the culture is so different and she enjoyed seeing the country. Then they started making restrictions on the Internet and they made a lot of stupid rules. I had to watch what I said so she wouldn’t get in trouble.
I was very angry that I wasn’t able to speak my mind as I normally do. I’m a free man! I don’t hold back my thoughts or opinions ever. She got tired of their rules and so did I. I always thought it was interesting that when Twitter was blocked in Russia, Edward Snowden still had access to use it openly with the government knowing he was using it, either Snowden was very brave, or the Russian government liked what he was saying.

Monetize your channel out of Georgia. A little revenue is better than none. Also, monetized channels are spread farther by RUclips so more people will find your channel. This would equate to more views and more money.
I'm a RUclips Premium user, so you get more money from Premium viewers than those who see ads on your video, even though we don't see the ads.
People can still buy you a coffee/donate AND you will receive some revenue from AdSense.

I live in the UK, and happy to see Russian streamers still streaming on RUclips (I get up to 4k), even though they got demonetized. They can still get donations by PayPal. On the pther hand VK has been blocked in the UK, so I cannot see any content there from my favourite streamers/creators.

I wish RUclips wasn't throttled in Russia but I also wish RUclips had a viable, robust non-censored competitor. Competition is always a good thing.
