The problem is not how to fish the problem lies in the difficulty of seeing the fish. The African fish eagle and the stork must have a button like the zoom, in fact they also have sharp eyesight, and the eagle has the strongest eyesight in birds. So there must be an addition to that

Fishing is equal, the males are just larger than females. I have never tested if it makes a difference for health etc with the birds in game

Press Q to start flying, W/S to change height, A,D to turn. Use space to slow down. To land as a Marabou you need to get lower to ground or tree, hold space then press Q again when you get close enough to what you are landing on. If you are martial/fish eagle/vulture they land by themselves when you get to the ground/tree. Use space if you want a more realistic landing though.
