The only issue isn't the amount of zombies that spawn it is the zombies spawn literally right on top of you which just makes it annoying and just kills the experience... so have the zombies spawn right outside the house/building when you assault a plague heart
I work full time as a dental lab technician. I’m so glad that this game is out to unwind after work. I can’t wait for State of Decay 3. I’m already planning on taking a couple of days off work when the game launches. I just need the date.
Even after the misleading preorder dlc and overall unfinished product of SOD2s release? I will not make that mistake again with this developer. The game was a mess at launch and continues to be plagued with game breaking bugs. UL is no different than 90% of the developers releasing unfinished games.
That's your opinion the game is great loved it bugs and all and I will absolutely be pre-ordering they are cool and actually listen to their community they also fix issues all games have bugs but UL listens and always fixes you just sound like a salty ass person if you don't like it just move on with your life why are you even here?!?!

Your company is a beacon in this industry. Your dedication to delivering constant improvements to your game is wonderful. And you do this without "nickel and dimeing" your customer base. Thank you for all of your hard work. You are a company than most others should aspire to become. I am highly anticipating SoD3. I truly hope that you will stick to the current formula while delivering further improvements. I really hope you double down on the base building aspect and allow us to actually build bases from scratch (ala Fallout 4), afterall, it would be a natural evolution considering this series, at it's heart, is a resource gathering game.
Can you make it so enclaves don't spawn in bases? I've had it happen twice where I cleared out 6 or more plague hearts to claim a base and as soon as I clear out the last heart, either a quest or an enclave spawns in the base.
All you have to do is wander over with bloater gas and toss them down with fire crackers as you run through, make sure you have scent block on and watch them get eaten by the z’s toss in a couple of pipe bombs , mow the leftovers down and take the base

If I have to clear the PH's to open up the base, the least the devs can do is make it so ppl don't spawn in the base for like 60 seconds till I can get there. They spawn enough ppl in PH territory. Hell, I had some spawn right next door to a PH. Quality programming from UL as usual.

The problem with the PH overlap wasn't that you had to kill a bunch of free up an outpost. No, the it was the MASSIVE lag they created which made it damn near impossible to play those areas of the game on XB1
Please guys. I love this game, but the very most basic issues that are death sentences, fix them please!!!! Survivors just taking it upon themselves to jump off whatever safe wall, building ect you are on, bloaters spawning a foot away, hordes spawning in the houses you are in, on rooftops with you ect. The inability to climb when a zombie is next to you because theyll kick them instead, randomly talking to npcs when you try to do a finishi g move. Just extremely basic stuff that gets you murdered.
I got into state of decay 2 back in V23, and the last two updates have drastically changed the game for the better. One of the best games I've bought this year. :)
ask to fix kerb stops you moving when crouched takes away smooth game play, zombies move a few metres when driving after spurning, the jurassic parking with a few vehicles will spurn else where one spurned in the base
Undead labs can you add more defensive items for defending your base to install, generator...powered on electric fence etc...just more options for someone who likes a builder etc.
I am a veteran Red dead online player and I love that game. and I never complain about much regarding the game However, Rockstar should learn something from SOD devs (Undead Labs) .. Keep up the good work!
It would be nice if you could start a game with 10 of your 50 characters, you pick 3 of those to start as normal and then the other 7 are on the map somewhere and you have to find and save them. That's how you build your team back up but the risk should be there that you could lose 1 or more of them as normal but no other random survivors can be recruited. So if any of your 10 team die you have to try to survive with whoever you have left.
Hello. Please fix an annoying bug with russian localisation. When attach mods to guns, always lost names of all things in inventory and stash. It is a very old bug. Only full exit the game fixes it until the next attach. Thank you for your game and attention to this problem.
In Hearlands the feral are a MENACE. They seriously need to be reduced in power and speed and stop to them destroying the cars as I spend most of my parts resources fixing the car. So in fact, Hearlands, is more a car fixing game not a survival game. I've completed Heartlands three times and am nearly finshed my fourth run.
I came back to check out the new homecoming update but the strangest thing is the map did not change and there were no new locations and I had auto update on so it updated the game I'm a little disappointed and sad
Yeah this is the most amazing game hands down. I won't get too into it but im a straight up zombie lover and I'm always thinking about when the zombie apocalypse happens hahaha. I love how you can recruit people with what feels like really good backstories and skills that contribute to your own community. It's a really beautiful game and damn I never knew something like this could ever exist. It's just the perfect game/concept and I'm from Seattle too so props to my city for creating a masterpiece and gathering such a dope team to make these aspirations and concepts come to reality.

State of Decay 2 is amazing compared to the first one you have all done such amazing work im sure the third installment will be great as well one question do you have any intention of allowing players to remove 'freaks' from our playthroughs? I prefer a million basic zeds and hate the freaks it would be sweet if we could turn them off
Love SOD from 1st game but is there a fix on SOD2 for the trader call in bug? got my 1st lethal zone playthrough built the trade centre call in a trader it says he arrives then immediately disappears same with indepence trader and daybreak trader
The multiplayer should be uptaded, so friends could really be part of the community, they should be able to manage everything, no only be a extra gunner
Damn i love SOD2, started playing in May 2018 and still going hard, over 3000h played. Kinda sorta wish they had the exhaust mechanic back from 2018, where when you exhausted yourself, you were a literal cripple. Now it's kinda meh, easy to outmanouver the zeds and even ferals. But i love that the game is also been made little harder. Also i wish i knew where to send some of the ideas, that would have a major impact to the game and developing it, would mosts likely take max a day or two. That is, having a gun modding station and to get it you have to have a specific skill for example and or it can come as a fascility that costs forkload of influence. What to do with it? Easy, swap scopes and mags on weapons. I mean for example, you have Operators M4A1 (my all time favorite) and you can take a beta/drum mag from XMR1 heavy (hopefully pronounced it right) and put its mag onto Operators M4A1. To balance things out, XMR1 heavy will be either destroyed or scrapped for parts. Also scopes, you can add and take off scopes from various weapons. For example, to make Hunters Bolt Scout a wee bit more viable option, take off the scope from Spec Ops AW and attach it to the Hunters Bolt Scout. Right now it's doable with community editor yes, but i would be more than happy to see it in game. Cause people in sod2 community love to call those cheaters, who swap scopes and mags on weapons. But c'mon, if a weapon is on AR platform, then they accept different mags. It's little awkward tho, that you can't swap mags on AR weapons. I'm not whining or anything, nay but i believe that this update would be welcomed with open arms just like having a sidearm slot. Hell i love that update most. Also i have one weird bug going on, or is it cause my community is ancient? 800+ days and i rarely get any random missions, like survivor in need or red talon/notwork asking for help. I rarely get there missions lately. Used to get heaps more. But all in all, Undead Labs, you have my thanks from the bottom of me icky thumpy thingy. You've done more than any other game devs and it's refreshing to see, that those who design the gameplay, fix the game and update it, still have genuine fun in the game and i'm not going to lie, when Geoffrey placed marker on water tower i was already saying "nope, don't do that there's no outpost" and when his survivor died, i laughed so hard that i wheezed this bad my katto got startled in his sleep and bolted lol. No other game devs have made me feel this way. You guys rock! Hopefully one day i'll have enough balls to send your team a novel of what i deas i have and they're not so hard to implement, but there's just so many soooo you just have to go willinilly and pick what you like most. I think plague hearts shouldn't appear in map until after is in the players field of view. That would force us to actually enter the houses to see if is there. Driving nearby is still too easy.

It's just a suggestion. you guys have to make at least a solo challenge for more experienced people. It will be interesting to build up from rock bottom to a community of elites. Also, the customization of the community name.
Can we please get more character skins? I literally have 4 people that is the same exact person. Smh then when i save someone, oh look it's another copy of the same person too.
please give more updates like rider can attack our base not just zombie, sleep individual system so we can survive alone, and maybe you can add multiplayer pvp zombie survival it will be a great game :)
Love this game. I want to say you should make it to where the freak zombies never stop chasing you and follow you around the map until you kill them. Like in I am legend how that zombie trapped will smith.

I can't wait for the update where you need to go inside buildings to find PH. As long it doesn't show red smoke around the building before your find the PH so it doesn't give away the position where it is. Lov you guys.
Some Feedback. Any chance we can get some better content out of Daybreak? The best game items come from it but playing the same mission(a very difficult one solo) 21 times seems a little ridiculous
It's great and all that mumbo jumbo, still freezes in heartland, freezing when searching etc .and you could have abit of imagination in putting in different missions with the 4 different leaders...poor tbh
How about fixing the dump and useless "jump" 🙄i got stuck so many times trying to walk over small ramps,stairs on the street and buildings then trying to jump them over without succes .. 😂

I really hope sod3 is more of a walking dead type of game more based on survival not killing huge diabetic zombies and plague hearts

Please apply that scouting system to Dread or Higher, not just Lethal.

You've done more than any other game devs and it's refreshing to see, that those who design the gameplay, fix the game and update it, still have genuine fun in the game and i'm not going to lie, when Geoffrey placed marker on water tower i was already saying "nope, don't do that there's no outpost" and when his survivor died, i laughed so hard that i wheezed this bad my katto got startled in his sleep and bolted lol. No other game devs have made me feel this way. You guys rock! Hopefully one day i'll have enough balls to send your team a novel of what i deas i have and they're not so hard to implement, but there's just so many soooo you just have to go willinilly and pick what you like most.

I think plague hearts shouldn't appear in map until after is in the players field of view. That would force us to actually enter the houses to see if is there. Driving nearby is still too easy.
Just add holster for side arm..

It's just a suggestion. you guys have to make at least a solo challenge for more experienced people. It will be interesting to build up from rock bottom to a community of elites. Also, the customization of the community name.
You can already do this is you have a PC. And the save carries over to Xbox. And vice versa
Can we please get more character skins? I literally have 4 people that is the same exact person. Smh then when i save someone, oh look it's another copy of the same person too.
please give more updates like rider can attack our base not just zombie, sleep individual system so we can survive alone, and maybe you can add multiplayer pvp zombie survival it will be a great game :)
Love this game. I want to say you should make it to where the freak zombies never stop chasing you and follow you around the map until you kill them. Like in I am legend how that zombie trapped will smith.

I can't wait for the update where you need to go inside buildings to find PH. As long it doesn't show red smoke around the building before your find the PH so it doesn't give away the position where it is. Lov you guys.

Get rid of the rubber band effect when in a lobby with someone. We should be able to free roam without the host being around

It's great and all that mumbo jumbo, still freezes in heartland, freezing when searching etc .and you could have abit of imagination in putting in different missions with the 4 different leaders...poor tbh
