Thanks Josh, glad you like the track. Yes, the real books are an approximation at best. I never used them much. When I learn a standard I just try to check out as many available versions as possible. I've always learned different changes from playing with different people too. There's no right or wrong honestly. Check out Keith Jarrett's version, he has similar changes, I remember picking up some ideas from that standards live recording.
