I haven't watched your videos for a while, then episode 3 came up and I was like "why have I not seen 1 + 2". I truly hope you get noggin sorted on this trip. Every time I watch your videos it's like catching up with an old mate, it's like we've never been apart. I'd love to be out on a hike with you, like many I'm sure, but you need that solitude as well as company, it's such a hard balance. It's hard for me watching you struggle because all I see is the positive side of you, and not your struggles, but you are an inspiration to us all mate. If we ever meet on the trail there will be a big hug....they always help, love always wins.....

I’d never heard of the tour of the Lake District despite regularly walking there. I expect this series of vids will do wonders for the awareness of this walk. A big multi day circular trail makes absolute sense for the Lakes so I’ll avidly check out your whole adventure. Great to see you doing what you do best Paul. Stay strong and keep up the good fight ❤

haven't watched the video yet but i know it'll be a good'n as always. haven't been watching much youtube for the last year or so but i'm finally gonna start doing some wild camps after buying a load of kit 2 years ago (which is how i found you originally) so i thought i'd see what ol' hazey was up to. so happy to see you've been back on the good path, i've recently been in a bad space myself and sorted mine out the same way: day by day reincorporation of good habits, and learning for the first time ever how to be kind and compassionate to myself in my own mind, rather than abusive or sneering. doing good things for yourself because you deserve them, meditation, balanced by overcoming uncomfortable things through running, gym, getting the dishes done, housework etc. great job for getting out of it, you're inspirational with your hikes and being a spokesman for mental health. much love
