    any idea from any one on how much lower it can get will and if can it shut down all river traffic

      I don’t know.
      Still moving 25 barge loaded barge tows on Lower Mississippi.
      We are dealing with lighter loads and congested traffic, but everything is still rolling.

      Slightly reduced tow size for us, as normally 30 barge vessel.
      The biggest vessels are reduced to about half of their normal maximum.

      There are about 7-10 specific areas of the river that are problems. Depending on how they can maintain those areas until we get a rise, will be main factors to keeping us moving.

    It seems like this Issue continues to get Worse more often than in the past. You have to think the human population is the Cause and Mother Nature is Screaming.
